Yet it will never comfort
Time will always be blamed.
Accused of always being against us.
Although infinite there is never enough
Although steady still to fast or to slow.
Yet it will not retaliate
Time will never disappear
It will move forward
Even when we want to stop
It will leave us behind
Yet it will never care
Surrounded by many but always alone
Never seen or heard
Never being able to be freed
Forever trapped to watch
