Rainy night.

SENJUS POV:

It was a few days since I last saw Mikey, I honestly enjoyed his presence and found it calm. It was a rainy day, I was running to the bus stop. I waited for my bus to arrive, but then I realized that my bus was late, so I kept on waiting. I found out that my bus was delayed. The weather got worse. It's already been 1 hour since my school has ended and it's so dark already, cold too. I ran through the rain and got all wet, I looked for a shelter and found a bakery. I entered it and bought a cake, after purchasing it I walked to a table and sat down. I started eating and took my phone out, I looked to see that my phone was dead. I just ate my cake, it was really delicious. I wasn't sure what time it was, but the bakery was slowly closing. I stood up, took my things and left. It was still raining, I couldn't even make it to the station. I was at the market and bought a drink. I was honestly really tired, I could sleep at every moment right now. I went to another bus-stop to wait for the bus, but it was delayed again. I didn't know what time it was, I just looked down on the ground. After a while, I noticed a shadow appear in front of me. I looked up to see a familiar face holding an umbrella, it was Mikey. „Mikey..?" I asked, to make sure it was actually him. „What are you doing here? You do know it's almost 1 am." Mikey asked, he was worried even if he didn't show it. „1 am? It only felt like a couple hours." I answered, half asleep. Mikey took off his jacket and put it on me. „Come with me." he said, I looked at him confused. He lifted me up and carried me on his back. I fell asleep and when I woke up, I was in a bedroom, I immediately got to my senses and stood up. I was still in my school clothes, but I was wearing a hoodie on top of them. I slowly rubbed my eyes and someone opened the door. „You're awake? Come, I made you breakfast." Mikey said, with a smile. I covered my face while blushing. „My grandpa is in a different city right now and my sister is at her friend's house, so you don't have to worry that they're home." Mikey said, „You can wear Emma's clothes"

After a few minutes, I got dressed. I wore a white Tank top, with a skirt, leg warmers and an oversized jacket. I got out of the room and Mikey was looking at me, his eyes were a bit widened. „You're wearing my jacket" He smiled with joy. „Come eat something" I walked to the table he was sitting on, I sat down and smiled. „Woah! That looks so delicious!" I said, my eyes had a sparkle in it. After a while, we kept on chatting and eating together. Someone opened the door and rushed inside. „Mikey, why did you-" Draken walked in and looked at us, confused. „that's why you told me to come in the afternoon, I didn't know you had a girl over." he said and we both stared at him. „You guys can enjoy your date, byebye" Draken said, waving while leaving the house and closing the door. Draken had a smirk face when he left, he winked at Mikey and had a thumbs up before he left. Mikey was covering his face out of embarrassment. There was this awkward aura between us, both of us were quiet and didn't say a word. Till, he broke the silence. „Why were you outside that late?" He asked and I was embarrassed. „It was raining so I stayed at a cafe and did my homework, but then my phone died and I didn't know what time it was. After that, my bus was delayed again." I answered and then sneezed. I watched as he came close to me, our faces being really close to each other. I couldn't help but blush a little when he put his warm hand on my forehead. We held eye contact at that moment and It felt like eternity, this moment is special. „It seems like you have a cold, I'll get you some medicine." he said, while turning around and walking to another room. I couldn't stop myself from blushing, did I like him?? No, It can't be like that. I can't like him.. „I got your medicine," Mikey said while walking in the living room again. „No thank you, I was actually planning to go home right now so I don't need it," I said and immediately rushed to the door, but I felt my hand being touched. I turned to see Mikey holding my hand, „Is there something wrong? Why do you suddenly want to run away? Don't tell me you're scared of medicine??" He asked and I was red out of embarrassment. „N-not scared!!...I don't like it!!" I said, At first I stuttered a bit. „Too bad, you're taking it anyways, come." Mikey said, I couldn't help but smile."You're actually a bit more mature, that's cool!" I said, slightly blushing. Obviously now, I had to take that medicine. It was disgusting, but I was happy that he cared about me, not like when we were children. He mostly ignored me, like I was a ghost.

FLASHBACK
„Oh... My ice cream fell:('' I teared up slowly, Mikey walked past me with his ice cream. How rude!! „Hey Senju, I got you a new ice cream!" I looked over to see Baji giving me a new ice cream. I got excited and smiled „Thank you thank you!!!!" I said happily. „It's no problem.." He said, slightly blushing. „Hey Baji, come!" Mikey yelled and I got closer to Baji, giving him a kiss on the cheek. Everyone gasped, Baji was red like a tomato and I licked my ice cream. Baji ran to the other's and I went to Takeomi. After some time, Mikey walked in. „I want to be a star when I'm older!" I said, Mikey bursted out laughing. „A star? That's stupid!" He said while laughing. I ignored him and went to Takeomi.

END FLASHBACK

I was stuck in my thoughts, that I didn't notice Mikey calling me, he gently tapped my shoulder. „ Are you okay, Senju?" He asked and I nodded. He smiled at me, „It seems like the medicine wasn't that bad!" he said, I couldn't help but get my eyes off of him. His gentle smile and beautiful eyes, I've never seen him like that, I think. My phone was ringing and I immediately turned it on. Seems like Mikey charged it, luckily. I looked to see that Takeomi was calling, I forgot to tell him that my phone battery was low yesterday.. I answered his call, having a nervous smile on my face. Mikey was confused and then Takeomi was yelling. „WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN? YOU DIDN'T GET KIDNAPPED DID YOU? YOU WEREN'T WITH A BOY RIGHT? WHERE ARE YOU? IT'S BEEN OVER 27 HOURS SINCE I LAST SAW YOU AND YOU DISAPPEARED AND DIDN'T TELL ME ANYTHING AND IGNORED MY CALLS. THEN YOUR BATTERY WAS LOW AND WHERE ARE YOU??" I didn't answer and just hung up, Mikey was able to hear him yelling.

„Alright then, I'd have to go now. Thank you for everything tho. I'll return the clothes tomorrow."

„No need to, you can keep them. Emma doesn't wear them so no need to return them, you can also keep my jacket." He said while smiling.

„You sure? Thank you, I appreciate it." I said while smiling. I put on my shoes and Mikey's jacket.

„I'll drive you home with my motorcycle!"

He said while grabbing my hand and taking me to see his motorcycle, It looked so cool. „My brother made it for me!" He said, while getting on it. „Come on, get on!" he said with a smile on his face. I got on it and he started it. On the way home, I didn't say anything because I didn't want to distract Mikey. His house was actually not that far away from where I live, that's nice. When we arrived, I got off and thanked him. I bowed down to show my respect and he waved at me. „See you later!" he said before he drove off.
