"What you just say?" Kay followed me into the room. "That I'm leaving with or without you." I rolled my eyes and climbed into bed. He smacked his lips in response "Ight bro." He went to the closet. It was quiet for a minute before he came out of the bathroom almost fully dressed.
"So you just gon leave?" I watched Kay get ready to go out. "Hell yeah." Kay put on a plain white tee before throwing on some white forces. "Okay then... It's whatever you wanna do." I shrugged and laid back. "Ight den." He said before leaving our room. I sighed and sat up. Now, what am I going to do?

The first thing I did when I woke up was stretched my arm against the other side of the bed. I felt someone but they were too small to be Kay. "What the fuck?" I sat up and grabbed my phone. 3:00 am. I unlocked my phone and went straight to Kay's contact.
The first call rang all the way through before the call ended. He probably at his momma's house. I tried to call again. It rang two times before the call ended. Hm... I shook my head and called back. Rang once before he hung up again.
Okay, I see how it is. I went to his message and started to text out a long paragraph telling him about himself before I got sent three attachments by a random ass number. "Oh my fucking god..." I hesitated to click on the notification. I set the phone down and started to shake my head.
I looked over at Naomi to see her sleeping peacefully next to me. "Please Kevin..." I picked up my phone and opened up the notification from the number. I clicked on the attachments to see a picture of the redheaded girl laying in bed next to a sleeping Kay.
Immediately the need to throw up ran all through my body. I swiped my screen to see a video of him laying in bed with her. Do I really want to watch this? I looked over at Naomi before getting out of bed. I walked into the bathroom and closed the door before sitting on the toilet and playing the video.
"Do you love me?" I heard the girl ask. "You know I love you Ma." Kay's voice rang clearly through the phone. They were both laying in bed and it looked like she was hiding the phone. "Then why won't you leave dat bitch?" She asked him. I heard Kay smack his lips before he answered her "Because she got my daughter, I know she ain't gon' let me see ha if we broke up... Just wait to Naomi old enough to choose who she wanna be wit and I promise I'm done wit Amari-" Was all I needed to hear before I turned off my phone.
The whole world felt quiet before all of it really hit me. "Mmm..." I felt myself tearing up as I left the bathroom. "Don't cry... don't cry..." I grabbed the biggest luggage I could find before I started packing my things. After multiple trips from the bathroom to my luggage I finally caught another glimpse of Naomi. "Fuck..." I couldn't hold it in anymore. I sat on the bed and just started to let it all out.
I was too lost in my thoughts to realize that I had woken Naomi up. "It's okay Mama..." She started patting my hair. I looked up at her to see her standing next to me. "Mwah~" Naomi leaned down and kissed my cheek. "It's okay..." She kept repeating as she hugged me.
I sat her on my lap and hugged her back. It only took me a second to calm myself down "Okay Nami, we going to go onna trip." I sat her down next to me. "Trip?!" Her eyes lit up as she started to jump around. "Yeah~" I finished packing my bag. "Yay~" She clapped. "Here Mama." I handed her my phone. I needed to go pack her things and I wouldn't be able to do it with her in the room with me.
She immediately went to Youtube to watch Cocomelon. After making sure she was straight I grabbed a duffle bag then went into her room and started packing. "That's really crazy..." I said to myself as I packed the duffle bag with her clothes.

Once the clothes were packed I realized how much I really do have to carry to the car. One large luggage, two duffle bags, one diaper bag, and Naomi. "How the fuck am I going to..?" I sighed before grabbing the luggage and one of the duffle bags "I'm going to be right back... don't move." I said to her. She was sitting on the couch still on my phone watching Cocomelon.
I left the apartment and went to the parking lot. After putting the luggage and bag into the trunk I pulled my car up closer to the door before going back inside. "Okay, come on Mama." I grabbed the other luggage and her diaper bag. She hopped off the couch and walked over to me.
Once we got in the car I started to play some music. "Oooo I never get over youuu, I find something new... Oooo! I never get over youuu, I find something new~" Naomi sang along to the song the best she could. "Sing it baby~" I recorded her from the front seat before ending the video. A few more songs played before I noticed she was asleep.
Now, where are we going to go? I just kept driving around. I could go to my parents, but I can already hear my dad saying I told you so. I sighed as I made a random left at a light. I could go to my meemaw's... but she'll tell my parents. I groaned. Camrin is locked up, running to Dougie wouldn't be the right thing to do. Another sigh left my mouth before a name popped into my head "Faith..." I grabbed my phone and called her.
It rang a few times before I heard her voice on the other end. "Hello?" She didn't sound tired at all. "Hello? Faith can I ask you fav-" I started to ask her before she cut me off. "You know if you need anything and I got it, you got it." She answered me. "I need a place to stay for a few days." I said to her. "No problem, Imma text you my address right now." She said to me. "Thank you..." This is the most relieved I've felt since I woke up. "Okay girl... just lemme go and tell Daniel." She said before hanging up.
