"Are we getting more seasons?!"
"When is it launching?!"
"Anything to look forward to?!"
"Over here!"
Cameras flashed in every inch of the street as the New York City winter breeze kissed Nikola's cheeks. With squinted eyes and a hint of a smile, she was welcomed into the world by blinding lights and crazyPaparazzi. They all walked out of the club, she tightly held Eren Jaeger's hand— casually, in a very casual manner, ignoring that she, quite literally, leaned on him in case her knees buckled and her heels would crack. It was casual.
But he had offered first, multiple times, even. Perhaps it was too obvious that the drinks in fact fogged up her mind. Slurred words, stumbling over her feet, a smile so loose, and eyes filled with lust hidden behind her bright hues.
He had to be sure no camera caught a hint of her in her disheveled state. She found herself pushing up against him, the warmth of his body hugged her as she avoided the lenses aimed at them. Ducking her head like she wanted to would only cause a scandal, so she licked her lips, held her chin up high, straightened her slouched shoulders, and appeared as sober as she could, an easy task. But her eyes focused on her pointed shoes, on the concrete path beneath them, because she couldn't give the press the satisfaction of catching her drunk out of her mind.
Their bodyguards called to them as they opened the limousine door for them. Truly a typical night in New York City for them. She'd wake up with a foggy mind the next day.
Click, click, click! Paparazzi talked and begged to interview them, the stars of the show, the pair they all looked forward to, the IT couple (who weren't a couple, only rumored to be.. more than cast mates), the couple all magazines loved gossiping about.
