A silhouette of a woman can be seen going out of a car in a parking lot at a 30 stories high building walking. Everyone whom she pass by stared at her, some are even gawking at her.

When she stepped infront of the door, and the security guard opened it for her.

"Hi Miss Fortalejo" sabi ng isang employee.

Nginitian ko lang siya. Nagtungo ako sa elevator at sumakay papunta sa 10th floor para sa company meeting. Nasa dulo ako ng long table. One by one dumating na sila. Then last na dumating ay ang mageexplain tungkol sa pagbili niya ng stocks ng companya.

"Please Mr. Cardignal, explain me the detail about your presentation" sabay paikot ko swivel chair para makaharap ko siya.

"Ofcourse, I was saying that I would want to buy atleast 20% of your company stock so our company, the Cloud Enterprise, would have a share to the earnings."

"Mr. Cardignal, is that the only reason why you want to buy the 20%. Or is it because your company as we can say getting bankrupt?"

"T-that is also a reason Miss. Fortalejo but we---"

"But let me ask you, do you think i will let you buy that 20 percent?"

"Yes Miss. Fortalejo." Then he winked at me witha very proud face. Tsk.

"Very well then, can we trust you?"

"Of couse you may." Oh realy?

"Then this is a simple question. If you can answer this correctly and truthfully, ill let you buy the 20 but if you not, all i can offer is 5."

"Miss. Fortalejo. Are you sure on what are your saying its a big loose to all of us." Bulong sakin ng isa kong kasamahan.

"Mark my words, Mr. Gregory. Mark my words." Sabi ko sa kanya.

"Im very sure in myself that I can answer that." Ngiti ka lang habang may panahon pa....

"So, the question is, did you ever broke your words or promises before, like in highschool?"

"No, i am a very loyal person." Bingo!

"Im so sorry Mr. Cardignal, but you are lying infront of us all. Okay 5% as I promise. The rest you may go now."

Then I looked at my watch, 8:30.

"Mr. Cardignal, in my office 9:00 am pronto."

After ko lumabas dumeretso ako sa office ko sa floor 29. After a few minutes nagring ang telepono sa desk ko.

"Yes?"

"Miss Fortalejo, someone wants to talk to you."

"Tell him to return by 9:00." There was silence before someone talked to the phone again.

"But he said he needs to talk to you now ma'am, he's so persistent and he kept demanding here. He's attracting unwanted attentions."

Heist... he still can 't understand simple sentences. But it gave me a sign that he realy is desperate to get a share. *smirk*

"Fine, let him in."

Then somebody opened the door i my office.

"Hi Mr. Cardignal."

Binigay ko sa kanya yung folder of approval.

"Miss. Fortalejo, I demand answers, how can you possibly know im lying that time when you even dont know me!?"
