A young adult is going through some PTSD and some depression. They're trying to find ways to cope but don't know how so they go to a therapist to see if it'll help. Read along with me and go through the changes and read their story. Come with me and lets start with where it all happened.
"So, tell me, why are you here? What is it that you want to talk about?" The therapist said as she laid a notepad on her knee, along with a black pen
"Well, there is so much I want to tell you about but I don't know where to start without feeling overwhelmed.." He said as he looked out the window with a soft sad look on his face
"Lets start off where it all began. Start where you think you started to feel this way and we'll work from there..I am here to listen to you and help you so just start when you're ready." She crossed a leg over the other one as she wrote something down on the notepad
"It all started when I was about 5...I remember it all so clearly and it scares me....."
