I know I jumped right into it, but my background story doesn't matter....
"Sup Ezra" JT says,
JT is my homeboy. We've been friends since the second grade, when he pushed me off the monkey bars, and I broke my arm. After that we had a " war" but we called a truce in the forth grade when my mom and dad got a divorce.
"So do you think we're gonna win tomorrows game?" JT asked,
I hope so...
We both play football, " Yeah, no dout we got this in the bag." I say with confidence,
Right now we're by his locker waiting for Rome and Ryder, so we can talk about tomorrows game.
I turn my head towards the entrance of the school,

I see a short light skinned girl, with the prettiest curls, and in a outfit that shapes her curves perfectly.

"Yo Ezra, you good?" Ryder says,

" When did you get here?"
"When you were in a trance." he chuckled,
As I look behind him I see Rome walking up to us,
" Sup Ezra, JT, Ryder." He says as he daps us up,
" Yo do you guys know who that is?" I asked as I nodded towards her, they all turned there heads in the direction I nodded in,
"Who?" JT said,
"The girl with the schedule in her hand."
" Oh, the girl standing by Nira?" Ryder asked,
" Yeah" I nodded,
" No." JT said,
" Not a clue." Rome said,
" Nah but you could ask Nira." Ryder shrugged his shoulders,
" Mhm" I turned towards JT's locker to find the snack basket, as I look in the basket there's nothing, not even a crumb for a mouse.
"Sorry dude, I didn't go to the grocery store this weekend." He said with a chuckle,

" Never mind, you don't have to ask Nira." Ryder said,
"Why?" I asked with a huff,
" Cuz they coming over here." Rome said,
I looked over to see her being dragged over by Nira,

"This is JT, Ezra, and you should remember Rome." Ryder said,
We all waved at her, and she sent us a smile.
" Wait... you lived in front of my grandma's house. How's Shante?" Lia said,
" I still do," he said with a chuckle, " Shante is good, you should see her around with her friends."
" That's good. Well all of us should catch up soon."
" I'm down" Nira said,
" Yeah that's cool with me." Ryder said,
" Just let me know a time and a place" Rome said,
" You guys should come too." Lia said referring to JT and I, " So I can get to know you." She said with a smile.
"Yeah cool." JT said, he cleared his throat and nudged me,
Oh shit I hope she didn't notice me staring....
" Yeah I'm down."
