Lyrics P.O.V
When everybody sat down on the bleachers Coach D. said " Lets head out to the track. " As we were heading out to the track i had bend down to tie my shoe. "Hey Lyric you want us to wait for you." Nicole said. "No its okay you guys go ahead i'll catch up." I said. As they left I heared a voice say "Hey can I talk to you for a minute?" I reconized that voice and i looked up and it was Blake. "Um....Sure." I answerd. "So you and Brittany are bestfriends now huh?" He questioned. "No...Mabye...Idk?" I said. "So you thinking about joining the cheerleading team?" He questioned. "No, why do you keep on asking me questions none of this is any of your buissness?" I responded. "Just chill it was just a question no need to get mean. I was thinking that you should join because they are looking for some people most of the cheerleaders left last year and went on to college, so think about it." he responded. "Um sure i'll think about it but..." Coach D cut me off and said " Blondie and Blake lets go you owe me push ups for being late to the track." I let out a sigh but of relief. "Thanks alot." I said with attitude and started running out the gym to the track he trailed behind me and said. "Anytime." I flashed him the middle finger behind my back. He laughed and said "When?" I just ignored him and started running the mile that Coach had assigned. I kept on thinking about what Blake was talking about, you know me joining cheerleading. I mean that is so not me but i do want to try something knew. Oh well i have up until next week to decide so i got time.
Josh P.O.V
I see Lyric running out of the gym and Blake is jogging behind her and they are laughing. I wonder what was so funny. I keep on watching her until she gets on the track and i speed up so I can catch up to her and I said "Whats up?" She jumped alittle and said "Nothing........ just doin my mile." with a confused look on her face. "so how do you like the school so far?" I questioned. "Its okay i guess, it's the first day so im not sure." she responded. "So are you......" she cut me off and said "tryig out for cheerleading? Just because i hangout with them dosen't mean that i am or have to join cheerleading. I am think about it but not sure."
" How did you know that i was going to ask that?"
"Because Blake was asking me if I was going to join and I heared Nicole and Ashley talking about it." she responded.
" Oh okay. Well are you?"
"Idk.....can we just talk about something else?" she said sounding aggervated.
"Yea sure, so me and Blake are throwing a party this Friday, do you want to come?"
"Um, I'll have to think about it."
"Oh okay, well i hope you will come because...." i said then Brittany had cut me off and said "She dosen't like you Josh so just fuck off."
"Cheerleader did I ask for your two cents." I said.
"Your not even worth two cents." Brittany said as she saw that Lyric was way ahead of us. She continued "Look what you did now she is mad." She sounded fustrated. "How do you know that she is mad she probably just wanted to get away from yo cazy ass." I said. Me and Brittany kept on arguing for a few more mnutes
I looked around and saw that it was just me and Brittany on the track. I didnt even see Lyric pass us, so i wrapped my arms around Brittany's waiste. "Haha stop people might be looking." she said.
"Nope it just me and you." I said as i kissed her neck.
" People can come out of anywhere so just chill." she said trying to release from my grip. I turned her aroung and kissed her on the lips and in between a kiss she would say stop but after sh noticed that i wasn't going to stop she just stop trying to get rid of me and we kept on kissing. She pulled away from the kiss and said "Okay thats it now let's go before someone sees us." I let her have her way and we kept on walking back to the gym.
