The evening was consummate as the breeze blew through the trees. The full moon was out and the happy sounds of laughter came from the beautiful mansion. Scarlet walked out of the house looking quite down and upset. She seemed to glide towards the fountain. As she gazed into the water, she felt her anger melt. The water rippled as a fish came up for air. That small movement ruined her moment. She stalked back to the house remembering that she had a party to host and guests to greet. Little did she know that she was being watched carefully from the woods behind the house and the problems that she was going to face in the future.
The party was going on full swing by the time that she had gotten back. It didn’t seem that anyone had missed her over that short period that she had disappeared. As she gazed at the scene before her, she sighed and walked over to a small group of friends. “You’ve really out done yourself this time, Scarlet” said her best friend, Sara. After saying a quick thank you, she left and excused herself to her private office at the back of the house. Opening the doors she said, “Hello, my friends. Ready for the next mission.”
Five people sat in the chairs in front of her desk. Scarlet smiled as they stood to greet her. Mark moved to escort her to her seat. She could tell that poor Michael was gripping at the arms of the chair in order to keep his anger in check. Michael hated the way the Mark acted so familiar with Scarlet. Using this to her power, she hugged Mark happily before letting him return to his seat. She greeted her closest friend, Sara, and said hello to the twins, Jake and Josh. Josh was fooling around with the globe on her desk. “Today, you are going to take the wallets of everyone in the party and come back here we will remove the cash and then return the wallets to the owner. This has to be done before the party is over at twelve o’clock. Good Luck.” she said. The group rushed out of the room eager to get to work as Scarlet booted up the computers and opened her safe waiting to get her money.
Sara sighed as she maneuvered into doing a wonderful trip that landed her right on top of another one of Scarlet’s many guests. She grabbed his wallet and stuffed it into her purse as she got up from her “nasty” fall. She apologized and rushed off towards another target. Meanwhile, Mark was using his amazing skills to carefully slip his hands in to purses of the female guests. Josh and Jake used their good looks to distract the women. Michael sat back and returned the wallets to the owners carefully. By the end of the party, Scarlet’s group had received a total of fifty-six million dollars, fifty million pounds, and seventy million Euros.
“Oh my, I never knew that my friends carried so much money on them and in their checking accounts, the amount has been overwhelming.” Scarlet exclaimed. The group looked exhausted. “Well, prepare for the mission of a life-time. We are going to Las Vegas and we’re going to rob the underground vault that hold all of the money. The MGM Grand will be our base of operations.” she told the group. Her gang cheered in joy. Scarlet smiled as they all walked out of the room ready to prepare for the next day. As they all went off to bed, there was only one thought in there head, Las Vegas. Letting their guards down, they were oblivious to the fact that someone was trying to enter the house through the garden.
