Francisco was quiet the entire drive to carrys apartment. He opened it for her and she thanked him and she went to her room and took her pills and she cried. He Heard her  before she came out. She went into the kitchen and made coffee.
"Why didn't you stop when I asked you too?" He suddenly asked. Carry didn't answer. "DAMN IT ANSWER ME!"
"BECAUSE SHE HIT YOU!" Carry shouted and she covered her face realizing what she just confessed.
"Why do you care?" He asked suddenly as if he was angry.
"Because I like you. " Carry said and he got up and left. Carry began to cry and she began throwing things and screaming! She accidentally cut her wrist and she was bleeding a lot. Francisco came back and he saw the blood.  He ran to Carry and she was crying.
"What did you do?!"
"I didn't do it on purpose or was an accident!!" Carry shouted back. "I love my Life I don't wanna die!" Carry admitted sobbing. He stopped the bleeding and cleaned it Up. He took her to the hospital and they gave her stitches and she had to stay overnight to get her body fluid back. He sat and looked down.
"Why'd you have to like me Carry? And why'd I have to like you too ." He said as if he was angry but thrilled at the same time.  Gwendolyn came in with Eliyaz and Judah.
"Are you the nice young man that was on the phone?" Gwendolyn asked knowing the feeling in the room. This Man was in love with her daughter.
"Yes uh ... I'm carrys videographer teacher." He said shaking Eliyaz and Judahs hand. Gwendolyn gave him a hug.
"The doctor says she'll be hungry when she wakes up so.... I'll go get her something." Francisco said and Gwendolyn offered to come with him.
"I appreciate you calling."
"No problem. Besides she wouldn't stop saying call my Mom call my Mom!"  Francisco answered and Gwendolyn laughed.
"How did it happen?" Gwendolyn Asked him and he was honest with her by telling her everything. "Well Damn." Gwendolyn said with a chuckle. "She developed her clumsiness From me  . And about that temper....she gets that from the both of us. So whenever she gets mad just give her a kiss it'll calm her down." Gwendolyn winked.

"I know you like her. It's All over your face. And it's ok with me. She's 28 and you're at least my son's age so I don't care. But I must warn you my husband and my son are onto you pal be at your best behavior.... I'm crazy in the head so I won't hesitate to kill you. Now let's get her some ice cream." Gwendolyn ranted. He was very confused because how can someone this pretty be That.... horrifying. It was as tempting to be with her as it was to run away.
"Yes ma'am." Is all he could get out.
....
Carry woke up to her father.
"Daddy." Carry said groggily .
"Hi care bear."
"Sorry." Carry apologized right away because her family had things to take charge of.
"For what? Being taken care of by your Big brother?" Judah answered squeezing her Small nose. Carry giggled and She hugged everyone before they left. Gwendolyn came in with Francisco. She quickly went to her daughter
"Girl you have amazing taste! Like me of course hehe. He's hot."
"Mon! He's right there."
"So what? Now I'm sure the little pointless fight y'all had can be fixed if you stop being stubborn and listen. On that Note I must go before your father's blood pressure rises From me being missing." Gwendolyn kissed Carry's forehead and prayed for her and She Said Good bye to Francisco inviting him for dinner . He agreed as she left.
"Wow."
"Yes I know. Mom has a lot to say when she's comfortable."
"I see where you get that from."
"But she's good with people I'm afraid of people." Carry reminded him. 
"You're pretty good with me. " He reminded her.
"That's what scares me." Carry admitted.
"Why does that scare you?"
"Because....your a redhead." Carry joked and they laughed. "I'm only kidding I like your red hair and your ..... rain cloud eye color."
"Rain cloud is One way to describe it." They laugh and carry sighed.
"It scares me because I can Only look at you. I see you and I'm not afraid. I'm not afraid to try with you. And I feel warm and beautiful in Your presence. You....are special to me Cisco." Carry admitted "but every time I say how I feel I scare you and you go away and it's confusing ." Carry said with tear's falling . Cisco held her hand she moved it away. "No. I don't want to get close if you're just Gonna go away the closer we get.  I'm sick of starting over." Carry said looking at him. "Even when I say that ....I want to hold your hand and show you I'm not so bad if you give me a chance." Carry continued and Cisco held her hand and she stopped talking. He kissed her hand gently.
"Not yet. " He told her. "I'm not ready yet ."
"Okay ." Carry replied being understanding.  "I'm not mad at that." Carry said with the most considerate Aura that made him want to kiss her.
"Get some rest."
"What about the ice cream?"
"....we can eat that first I'm hungry." He said. They are the ice cream together watching the equalizer with Denzel Washington. Carry ended up falling asleep and he covered her Making sure she's warm.  He stroked her face. He wanted to do that for her as long as he could.
"You are winning me over Ms Thornton. And you aren't even trying." He whispered stroking her Hair.
"Cisco?" Carry called.
"I'm here ." He said and that felt weird to say but it felt so right. "I'm here ." He said it again but in a more genuine way. He was truly fallen for his student.
