we're gonna start off with your profile icon and cover, your profile is something millions of people will see and it'll make a first impression. you want to make it look satisfying to look at, which will make people want to follow you.

1. have a theme.
your icon and cover photo can be of the same colour or can be of a person for the icon and a colour for the background that would complement each other.

2. avoid low quality photos.
ensure that your photo are high quality or even a clear photo that is easy to tell what the photo is

3. for your icon.
try to use a photo with one person or thing, it makes it look more "neater." you can add a border on the icon to give it a better finish

4. for your cover photo.
try to use images of locations or colours as opposed to images of people or quotes.

5. boarder around the icon.
you can put a boarder around the icon you used to add a more aesthetic look, if you do use a colour that goes along with your theme or that is on the photo.
