Victor is a 80 years old Jamaican and American famer, Corporate Lawyer, Mechanic, Business Magnate and Philantropist.
He is the head House of Weller, a cadet branch of the Weller family. As its oldest living male member decendant of the former leader.
He is the youngest of 20 children for his father.
Currently he is married to Anastacia Walters. Together with her he has Tobias Weller and Javier Ricketts.
With Avis Anderson, his exwife, he has: Romario Weller, Simone Weller, Oshane Weller and Victor Weller.
As a self taught Mechanic and electrician he joined the Jamaica Defence Force at age 17.
There he studied Mechanical Engineering and Business management as part of the JDF Engineering Corps.
He rose to become the director of JDF Engineering Regiment by age 25.
He also got his LLB Hons. in Business Management from Havard University. He was knighted for stopping the threat on Prince Vance Lance of Jordan.
After the death of his brother he took over leadership of House Weller Business Coalition as the Chairman.
He was the largest shareholder, owning 56%, after acquiring the shares of most of his siblings.
He became Lord Paramount of the House of Weller when his father died from an heart attack.
As the leader he shifted the family wealth from just agriculture, Shipping & Security to other areas like Finance, Energy, Commodities trade and Technology.
Currently he is the Councilor of Kellits Division of Northern Clarendon Consituency and President of the John Vales Farmers Group.
