Bloody Hours

Chapter 2

Mania is becoming extremely bored with greeting people. While trying to come up with a plan to slip away, he spots Devland entering the main lobby area to hang posters. "Oh Dev!" Mania says, "I have a game for you..." Devland is scared but intrigued and walks closer to Mania. "Wh-what is it?" Mania lowers his voice and talks in a more sinister tone, "I need you to.... greet people!"

Devland jolts back. "It'll be real easy, just say hi to them or something." Mania says while skipping away, leaving Devland alone. He makes his way to the backstage area where the speakers are controlled from. "Hey Jaz!" He says. "Oh hi Manny, what are you d-doing back here?" Jasper stutters. "I had Dev cover my spot." Mania says while pulling up a chair next to Jasper.

"Aren't they like on the verge of being fired or something?" Jasper said. "I guess I don't really pay attention to them." Mania said. They both begin screwing around with the speaker control panel and when it is time, makes the announcement that, "The Centre is now closed for the evening, we hope to see all your smiling faces tomorrow!" Whilst they're cleaning up, Jasper glances at the doorway and sees a silhouette.

"Oh my god!" He yells gaining Mania's attention.
He too whips his head around and notices the mouse like mascot in the doorway. The mouse wastes no time and bolts at the duo. Jasper dives out of the way onto the floor while the mouse runs up and slashes at Mania. "Manny!" Jasper yells. Mania pushes the rodent off of him. The mouse slams to the ground while the boys run out of the control room.

They make it to the main stage and run into Ashley. "Why are you guys running?" She says.
"Theres a fucking rat chasing us-" Mania pants and is cut off by Ashley getting stabbed in the shoulder by the mouse. "AHHHHHH!" She screams as she flings herself around knocking the mouse over. "Ashley!" Jasper yells. She runs towards the kitchen and the boys follow her.

They run in and see Astrid throwing away left over food. They slam the doors and lock them.
"You guys are in a hurry." Astrid said. They pay him no attention and run over to barricade the service window. "Wait what about everyone else?!" Jasper says. "Survival of the fittest!" Mania says while grabbing a knife from the drawer.

"What the hell are you guys doing? Is this some game?" Astrid said. "Theres a masked rat chasing us with a fucking knife dude!" Mania yells. "Really? The best you can come up with is a ra-" Astrid is cut off by the service window being swung open.

The frog mascot swings in through the window and tackles Ashley. "AHHHHH!" she screams. "Oh fuck!" Astrid says backing up into the door.
"Help her!" Jasper and Mania yell. The frog picks up Ashley by her neck and slams her against the wall. She slides to the floor. Astrid gains the courage and taking a pan, runs up and attacks the frog. He smacks the frog across the face knocking it back. The frog spins back and pulls out a gun. They aim it and shoot Astrid in the arm. "FUCK!" He yells and he falls back and drops his frying pan.

The frog shoots a shot at Jasper and Mania and while Mania runs, Jasper dives to the ground.
Jasper crawls over and hides behind the counter.
"Where did you go!" The frog yells kicking over the trash can. Ashley takes this opportunity and attempts to ambush the frog. The frog drops its gun and is temporarily apprehended by Ashley.
She swings them around and pushes them against the wall. The frog regains control here and squeezes her shoulder wound. She falls back against the counter. The frog looks over and grabs and smashes the blender, leaving the blades exposed.

They turn it to the highest setting and grabs Ashley by the hair. They swing her around a bit before slamming her head into the blenders blades, killing her. Jasper hears her brains being mixed and uses the chance to run over to Astrid.
Jasper grabs them and spots the gun on the floor. Swiping it, he pulls them through the service window, away from danger.
