" hey my baby's" momma j said opening the door for ayanna and akari with Kj on her hip as they walked in her house.
" hey momma j , hey kj." ayanna cooed grabbing him from mama j. Although she was jealous of his mother and hated her. She never felt the need to be rude to the child.
" where keyontae ?" ayanna asked looking around the house not seeing him anywhere.
" somewhere with peanut ass. Always leaving me to take care of his kids while he run the streets." She said mugging just thinking about it.
It's not that June didn't love her son but she was just disappointed and wished her son did better by his children.
The life he was living was going to get him killed in the streets like his father and brother, June just didn't have the energy to slowly watch him go down the wrong path after so many times of talking to him.
Then tony came along taking away all the pain , guilt , hurt and burdens June carried. To June he was a savior and for that she appreciated him for it.
" That boy gon' be the death of me." June sighed shaking her head.
" That's why I came over today Mama , I need advice." Ayanna sighed and followed June to the backyard where they sat on the back porch.
" Alright so what's going on ?" June asked and Yanna sighed letting Kj waddle off and play with akari.
" I'm stuck ma and I don't know how to let him go." Ayanna sighed feeling hopeless at this point.
" baby let me tell you this , you don't need no man. Then what proves it is how he walks around and carries himself as if he doesn't have or need you." June implied and not a single word didn't cross ayanna's mind.
" Please believe I know that It's love between y'all. But he treats you like a doormat. He can walk all over you and walk in n out on you whenever he damn well pleases because we both baby him. But you gotta put your foot down and stop letting him disrespect you. Stand your ground and prove that you can stand alone with your child without his sorry ass then see how fast his ass come crawling back." June said and ayanna nodded understanding.
" Or you could just leave him because at the same time no man is worth waiting for If another is going to come around the corner. Your too pretty to be used or be waiting on a nigga. Have a nigga wait and beg for you." June preached now on the edge of her seat caressing Ayanna's cheek.
As the talk went on Ayanna didn't really want to do it but she knew something had to change and what june was saying was true. She needed to stick up for herself and stop babying keyontae.
" Mama it's just- Hey Mrs.June !" Monique said making Ayanna mentally gag.
The two couldn't stand each other.
It hasn't always been like this. Ayana tried to openly welcome her and her child with the situation the best she could but Monique couldn't stop talking about ayanna and always being rude to her child.
" Hey Monique. Sit down for a minute" June smiled but deep down she wasn't happy with Monique either. June felt as if Monique should be sitting down having the same conversation with her seeing as she uses her beauty for the wrong reason.
" What's wrong Ms.J , Spongebob been spreading lies about me ?" Monique rolled her eyes.
" Never that Dory " Ayanna shot back rolling her eyes.
" dory ?" monique jacked her head back confused but still mugging ayanna.
" You fishy and you dumb as hell , how else you want me to put it , Airhead ?" Ayanna sat up crossing her arms returning the look to monique.
" I wasn't dumb when I bagged yo nigga , bet I was pretty smart then , huh ?"Monique fake smiled quickly then dropped it.
" Just like how you smart with every other nigga you come across too , right ? Bet yo bag full and you got a big ass Hoe IQ" Ayanna smiled widely to be funny.
" Both of y'all shut the fuck up !" June yelled tired of hearing they're bickering.
" weird ass bitch" ayanna mumbled rolling her eyes.
" anyways , she need to stop calling keyontae phone trynna figure out where he at. You be waking our son up out his sleep." monique said standing up about to walk off and ayanna jumped up as well about to punch her straight across her face but luckily june caught her before she could.
" our ? at least I know my daughter is actually Keyontae's while you out here naming babies jr just to pin a baby on a nigga." ayanna spat back making Monique pissed.
" Calm down , you got kids here." June said whispering in ayanna's ear as they both watched Monique with a attitude snatch Kj from by akari and leave the house.
" Mommy why kj leave ?" Akari cried to Ayanna feeling sad since her brother was taken away from her.
" He had to go home , He sleepy baby. You'll see him another day."Ayanna said picking up akari rubbing her back as she sniffled and cried. Meanwhile , Ayanna was still fuming.
" We'll see you later Mama" Ayanna said quickly wiping a tear and leaving the house a well.
" Hey baby girls" Tony said coming in the house and bringing the 2 into a big hug making them laugh and smile.
" Hey mr.tony , we'll see y'all later." Ayanna said waving before she turned around and smirked at june as she walked out the door. June chuckled at her shenanigans before waving the girl off and greeting her man.
Ayanna got akari buckled up in her seat and got the car started about to pull off , not until a message flashed across her phone pissing her off all over again.

Ayanna just rolled her eyes and drove home. Even though she knew she was wrong for saying that about his son , when everyone could see that was his child. Ayanna just didn't have the energy to argue with Keyontae anymore.
