Hajime pov
Why did i care about him? Why would he ever ask me that how traumatised is this kid?!
"Of course i care about you how is that even a question?!"
"But why?!" He seemed despared to know
"Because you're one of the most important people to me in the whole world!"
Nagito started crying and i hugged him feeling so bad for him
"That's the nicest thing anyone has ever said that to me" the snow man cried
I felt so bad for nagito he didn't deserve this. he deserves the world but the world does not deserve him at all if it's gonna treat him like this
I continued to Hug him for about five minutes until he was able to calm down more
"Do you want to tell me how you got so insured?" I asked him
"Okay so i don't know how to put it but i don't have the best parents (i started the story before i knew they died and i don't wanna switch up the story plot so let's pretend they are alive)
"Wait so they hurt you and kicked you out?!" I said furiously
"I wish my dad tried to kill me and i managed to run way alive of course it wasn't so simple and i got hurt"
I didn't say anything i was filled with rage. I wanted to kill his parents over and over again until they wished they were never born. I hated them with all my gut i wanted to peel off their skin and destroy them
Nagito must have noticed my anger
"Don't even try it they are powerful people and i don't want to lose you you're the only one left. Promise me you won't try to hurt them"
"I promise"
...
"My parents are on a trip for a long time you can stay with me for as long as you need and want" i smiled trying to comfort him
He hugged me and said "thank you"
We walked upstairs well i walked and carried him. I showed him my room it was pretty basic but nagito seemed really excited
"Wait where do i sleep?" Nagito asked me
"In my bed" i replied
"But where will you sleep?"
"On the floor"
"What no I'll sleep on the floor"
After sometime they agreed to share the bed and tried to go to sleep
Nagito's hands were still shaking and then hajime took them
"Wh-what are you doing?" The white hair asked
"Your hands were shaking and it makes sleeping difficult and they don't shake when i hold them so i tried to help but if you don't wanna then i won't forse you to"
"Nononono it's fine! it's fine!"
"Okay if you say so"
Nagito fell asleep pretty quickly and hajime took awhile to do that but eventually fell asleep holding nagitos hands
