i woke up to the sound of screaming. i checked my phone to see what time it is. the screen flashed 12:36 pm. i rushed myself downstairs to see what the commotion was all about.

"don't take my water!" yumi screamed.

"shut up! you're so loud over a cup of water!" nick yelled back.

they both ranted on the stupid cup of water, barely noticing i had come downstairs. i sat on the couch, switching through the channels they had. larry sat right beside me, holding my hand. tanner came around the corner, and jumped into the spot next to me. larry angled our hands so that he couldn't see them.

"hey [name]! good afternoon to you!" tanner said, swinging his arm around my shoulder.

he then noticed larry.

"g'day sir." he giggled.

"g'day lad." larry giggled after.

i was stuck in between the two.

'okay well, now what.' i thought.

i looked over at isaac, who was leaning up against the wall. he was looking down at his phone, most likely to avoid the drama that was going on. larry then started rubbing his thumb on my hand, making little circles. all i heard was yelling from both angles, nick and yumi and tanner and larry.

'this house is migraine inducing.'

isaac looked up from his phone to glance at nick and yumi before looking at us. he seemed to notice how uncomfortable i felt.

"hey [name], come over here. i wanna discuss a video idea." he said.

i stood up walked over to him. larry and tanner stopped yelling and just watched me walk away.

"what is it?" i asked.

"oh, nothing. i just saw how you were overwhelmed." he said, looking back down at his phone.

i smiled.

"thanks, you're nicer than i expected." i spoke.

he whipped his head up at me with a confused-offended face.

"i'm not nice looking?" he asked.

"mehh.." i titled my hand a bit.

"you suck." he punched me in the shoulder while laughing.

i laughed with him. i then leaned up against the wall and watched what he was doing. he was just scrolling on twitter.

'his twitter feed is so boring.' i thought.

i sighed and looked back over at the other guys. tanner was on his phone while larry was staring at me. once he noticed, he smiled. i smiled back.

"hey, wanna take a drive?" tanner suggested.

yumi and nick stopped talking. tanner looked at everyone then smirked.

"alright, where to?" tanner asked.

he was in the drivers seat and nick was in the passenger. i was in the back with larry and isaac. larry was, of course, holding my hand.

"hmm.. should we eat out?" nick asked.

"without yumi?" i asked.

"i mean, yeah. he said he didn't want to come." he said.

i leaned back to think about where i wanted to go.
