RISHTA PART - 3

Arjun hurriedly leaves back to hospital...

At hospital,
Arjun reaches there and sees everyone standing there at door...slowly everyone moves and gives entrance to him...he sees ananya sitting on the bed and blinking her eyes at him...

Ananya:doctor aunty...who is this one with little eyes..his eyes are pretty...

Arjun gets shocked hearing her words..he turns towards his family and they all give him pity look...

Arohi: Arjun anu dii kind of actually lost all her memories and her mental age is just 10 years old...she thinks she is just a kid...but she remembers maa papa and your parents...but not us...

Arjun looks at ananya and she again blinks her eyes looking at him innocently...

Arjun goes towards ananya and sits beside her on the chair...

Ananya:who are you..?
Arjun:anu...iam Arjun...your aunty and uncle's son...

Ananya: ohh...they said they had son but i never thought they will have this much of big son but with cute small eyes...

Saying this she laughs to herself...Arjun smiles hearing her...

Arjun signs arohi to come inside....arohi comes inside and ananya looks at her...

Ananya:then who is she? Aunty and uncle also said they had daughter as far as i remember..so that means is she your sister..?

Everyone gasps hearing her and arohi looks at Arjun sadly not because of ananya's words but because her dii couldn't remember her...

Ananya:but wait...she looks slightly similar to me...how could this possible..?

Arjun:she is your sister arohi...she is your older sister and you are younger...

Ananya: really..? But i thought iam older..it's ok i don't mind..so is she my aruu dii..??

Arjun nods and ananya smiles at arohi...

FYI Ananya lost her memories until when she is 10 years old she remembers her memories...though ananya and Arjun met many times in their childhood..at 10 they became best friends so she forgot him...

Ananya:Arjun..will you be my friend...

She gives him her pinky little finger cutely and Arjun remembers how ananya gave him little finger at the start of their friendship asking Arjun being her friend...he smiles and links her pinky finger with his...she smiles and says something in his ear to which Arjun nods...

Arjun:ok you need to rest now..i will bring what you want...

Ananya:sachii???

Arjun:muchii...
Saying this he pinches the tip of her nose for which ananya giggles... everyone calms down.

Arohi and Arjun comes outside...
Rajan:it's ok atleast now everything is ok...i don't know what would happen if ananya remembers everything and for now she is fine...i only want my daughter to be happy...

Arjun leaves from there...he gets into the car and thinks about his life which changed drastically in 3 years...

Flashback,(Arjun's pov)
3years ago...

Arjun and ananya are best buddies from childhood and both aspires to becomes doctors...it's time for their post graduation and ananya wants to do her pg in London...

Arjun and ananya are at Arjun's terrace..both of them sleeps beside each other in the form of ⚡ their faces facing each other....

Ananya:Arjun.. tomorrow iam leaving to abroad you know right..don't you miss me for 2years..?

Arjun:i will but you know i can't follow you because I even need to manage our business along with these studies...

Ananya:Arjun..don't you think this will be the longest time with us not being with each other...

Arjun:yes but it's ok after 2 years you will be with me and i will not leave a chance to annoy you...

Ananya laughs at him and looks at those stars...Arjun gets lost in ananya...he smiles looking at her...Arjun remembers Sid's words of asking him to say his feelings to her...

Arjun in mind:it's now or never Arjun..if you lose this chance then you have to wait for 2 years...

Arjun sits up and ananya too sits beside Arjun and rests her head on his shoulder....

Arjun:anu..??
Ananya hmms in answer...

Arjun:anu i love you...iam sorry I know i broke our rule of never falling in love with each other but i tried trying to not mind my feelings towards you since our 12th class but i couldn't..i don't regret falling for you anu because you are the one for me..

Ananya gets shocked hearing Arjun's words..she looks at him and awkwardly tries to laugh saying

Ananya:Arjun..you are kidding me right..i know you are just joking to ease our situation because I am leaving tomorrow....

Arjun looks at her with same eyes which gives answer to anu that he is saying truth and he is serious.... suddenly Arjun kisses her and ananya is shocked but kisses him back after sometime..she quickly relaises the situation and pushes him slightly...she leaves from there hurriedly...

Arjun sees ananya leaving in her car from his terrace....he sighs....

Unknown to Arjun..it's the night which changes his life completely.....

Next morning,
Ananya comes to the airport and her family members bid their goodbye expect Arjun..she stays for him...she tends to leave but Arjun comes there...

Arjun:iam sorry I am late...dont be awkward Anu i know your answer....it's fine..but please don't break our friendship..i will keep my feelings within me...

He makes her wear a butterfly locket chain...he kisses her forehead and ananya hugs him..she leaves from there...
