"Ugh I swear I can't stand my parents anymore dude" violet says as she barges into my bedroom. I look up from the book I'm reading as I say "Cmon in I guess." Violet is my best friend, we've been best friends since we were 13. I had just transferred to a new school and the first person I met was Violet, She introduced herself to me and then introduced me to all of her friends, there was way too many of them. Now we are still friends with most of those people, the rest went on with their lives.
Violet throws herself on my bed as she says "You're fine, you act like I never show up unannounced." I roll my eyes as she says "Anyway, they literally let Hayden move back in, he "couldn't stand" his roommate anymore and moved out." I raise an eyebrow as I say "Seriously? This is like the 5th time since he turned 20." Violet laughs as she pulls her phone out of her pocket.
I go back to reading my book as Violet says "I'm definitely looking into an apartment." I nod my head In agreement as I continue reading. she looks up from her phone and smiles at me as she says "I'm just gonna need a roommate." I look up at her as I say "Me?! You're funny, if I move in with you I move in with Lucas he will always be over." Lucas is violets boyfriend, they used to be friends when they were little but he moved to a different state. Him and his family moved back when he was a freshman in high school. Violet introduced him to the group and then they started dating a couple years later.
She rolls her eyes as she says "oh cmon, we used to want to be roommates when we were younger, and I 'm not ready to live with Lucas yet so don't tell me to."
Violet points at me as I open my mouth to say something. "cmon Sky, please." I roll my eyes as I say "Fine, I will talk to my Mom and let her know that I'm looking into apartments with you." A huge smile grows on her face as she tackles me. "Thank you! This is gonna be so fun! Plus Humby loves Chevy and Potato so that wont be an issue." Violet says as she kisses my face all over.
"Dude can I borrow like $10" Odessa says as she walks into my bedroom while looking down at her phone. Violet and I turn to the door as I say "Dezy cant you knock! Cmon, is it Barge in Skylars room day or something." Violet hits me lightly as she rolls her eyes.
Dezy looks up from her phone as she says "So? $10?" I roll my eyes as I say "No ask someone else." She rolls her eyes as she steps out of my room. "My Door! Dezy close my damn door!" I yell as she walks away. Violet laughs as I stand up and close the door.I turn to Violet as I say "I'm so ready to move out." Violet smiles as she says "Told you it was a good idea."
As I'm about to sit on my bed Evelynn walks in my room groaning. I turn back to my door as I say "Seriously! Why is everyone just walking in my room." Violet laughs as Evelynn sits on my bed next to Violet. Evelynn is my other best friend, her and I met when I was a freshman in highschool. Violet introduced us, like she did with most of my friends. Thats how our friends group became a thing, she had introduced us all to one another.
