Taehyung went office without eating properly today. I think I should bring lunch to his office. Thinking that, I started preparing his lunch.

After finishing it, I went to get ready.

I wore this dress and applied a light makeup and then headed out for office taking the lunch box with me.

I reached the building of Kim Industries and stared at it for a few seconds. "Will he be happy to see me ?" - I thought a moment but then shrugged it off and then went inside.

I asked the manager if Taehyung is free or not. She was not sure so she said she'll ask his secretary about it. Just then a woman arrived. I think she is his secretary.

Manager : Hey Nicole, is Mr. Kim free at the moment ?
Nicole : No. Why ?
Manager : This lady wants to meet him.

Then Nicole turned to you and asked,

Nicole : Miss may I know your identity so that I can check if there's any appointments ?
Y/n : Oh sure. I'm Kim Y/n. Taehyung's wife.

She then looked a bit shocked after hearing me out.

Nicole : Mr. Kim's wife ? How come I don't know he got married
Manager : Yeah same here.

What ? He didn't tell the staff about our marriage ?

Y/n : B-But I am his wife. I'm telling you the truth.
Nicole : Since you're calling yourself his wife then I'll just let Mr. Kim handle it. Come I'll show his office room .

I nodded and started following her. We reached there and then she told me,

Nicole : Mr. Kim is in a meeting. He'll be here after half an hour. You can wait till then MRS.KIM.

She said the "Mrs.Kim" part a bit weirdly. I could feel that. Well,it's obvious since he didn't inform anyone that he's got married.

I was waiting for him to come. Half an hour passed. Then he came inside and I saw a woman with him. And he was talking to her also smiling. He never smiled to me like that. In fact I've never seen got the chance to observe his smile which looks so beautiful in his face.

He noticed me and his smile faded. He probably didn't expect me to be here.

Tae : Uh, Miss Lucy,you can have a seat. I'll just take a minute.

He said to the lady and came towards me.

Tae : What are you doing here ?

He whispered to me.

Y/n : You didn't have breakfast properly in the morning so I thought of bringing you lunch.
Tae : Well,you could've just asked the driver to deliver it to me. There's wasn't any need to come here.
Y/n : But -
Tae : You can just leave now. I'll have the lunch. Bye

He said to me which made me hurt. Why can't I come to my husband's office ? Is it a wrong deed ? Or doesn't he want me to meet his employees ?

I reached near the door and turned back to look at him. He also looked at me when I said,

Y/n : Are you that much ashamed of having me as your wife ?

It came out in a whisper but almost clear enough for him to hear. He could see the sadness my eyes held while looking at me. Then I turned around and left that place with a heavy heart.

I came back home and started recalling the moments. I felt so hurt that unknowingly a few drops of tear made their way out of my eyes.
