keeping and not telling our secrets to anyone. But we don't know if that person could be trusted or not.
Rather than trusting someone,
why not trust ourselves?

keeping our own life secrets and situations is better than telling someone about it.
Because we are not sure if they really appreciate being trusted or they are just laughing about all the words you've said.
