Barnaby made me sit on the sofa, he cleaned up most of the mess, then he went to my room. I tried to stop him, but my wounds made me tired and weak.
"Wally.. Your room, so fluff filled..." He appeared looking bothered, in his hands a first aid kit.
"I.." I went silent, he wouldnt care anyways..
He walked towards me standing in front of me. "Kid.. were bestfriends remember..? You can tell me anything.."
Something was off.. Home was really quiet lately..
"I-I cut, fluff... Everywhere.."
"Hey.. It's my fault, let me fix it kid."
Barnaby sat on the floor.
"Kid. Please take the blanket off..?" He said in a calmed tone.
I took it off, showing the mess i was.. He didn't looked bothered at all, it was weird. He suddenly turned his head towards the door, like if he was waiting for something... Then happy knocking was heard on the door.
"Wally! I've got you a surprise!" Howdy's voice was heard.
It relaxed me, and made me happy. Barnaby stood up and walked towards the door.
"Hey Howdy!" He said while opening the door.
"Oh- Hey big fella! Wally's here? Got him apples!" At the apple part he lowered his voice, I still heard him tho.
I wrapped the blanket around me and i stood up "Hey Howdy!" I said, my smile growing more than I thought possible.
I ran up to the door limping and stopped behind Barnaby.
"Hey Wall's.. You ok?" He looked at me with a strange look on his face, his top set of arms holding a small basket full of apples and the other set behind his back.
"Yeah im fine! Why???" I almost screamed the words.
"Can i enter?" He said while looking at Barnaby.
