Activity in this chapter is so important. Forms are still open—now I sorta need more citizens. Then again; the police aren't mad at the citizens anymore. Please be online and actually attempt to put an effort in.
As these chapters go on: I not only encourage but EXPECT more activity from those who aren't already active. Once a week is minimum. I feel as though this is reasonable. If you do not have time to be on once a week, maybe you and I need to talk about removing your OC/s from this role-play. I get it, but you need to at least not leave me in the dust.
IMPORTANT FIGURES (so like newcomer leaders, neutrals): I WILL EXPECT YOU TO BE ON A LITTLE MORE THAN ONCE A WEEK. If you can't do this—once again—TALK WITH ME, and we'll work out something different.

CITIZENS
You have been going in blindly to the Newcomers—wrongfully so. There isn't much of you left. It's getting so bad that the police are dropping the cases on Eric and Estello. And they don't even care about letting Vea stay. They need people. It's that bad.
But you also know they're getting madder—and so are you. A war is brewing, or at least a battle, and it's up to you to fight it.
How are you going to fight with no people? Your job? You need to recruit. "No people"?
Convince the Neutrals to help you.
You're both trying to convince them—sway them to join you. But you're the ones with the less people now. (Because your people *MOST NOT ALL OF THEM* are fucking stupid. Sorry not sorry LMFAO)
Hunter is also training. She will be your lead. She can take anyone—mostly. She is however not your leader.
You will learn.. there is a difference.

NEWCOMERS
You've gained numbers.
That's no secret—the camp's more crowded and you've had to build a new building to hold the people.
And it also gives you a battle advantage.
But there's also more Neutrals.
You need their supplies to take down the citizens once and for all.
Do you convince them, or kidnap them? You have the numbers, but not the resources.
Suddenly, you find yourself running out of options.

You are who everyone depends on now.
You've got the most supplies and the most people.. somehow. Rogues have come to you—you don't want them, you want them.. to fuckin' leave! You're gonna have to betray them and tell them to go back.
You are being begged by both sides to pick one. Even though you're the neutrals, they both could use you immensely. You have the resources and the numbers. They need something you have.
But your job is not to pick—your job is to deter. Make it clear to both sides you're not interested in their schemes. They don't even try to hide it. It's okay to be mean. In fact, it's encouraged.

There is a lockbox in the middle of the field between all of your bases. The code is six digits. The box looks pretty big. It could probably fit weapons or something really valuable. Like.. supplies. Or riches. But money doesn't matter anymore.
This lockbox can be opened by any group: it's open to Neutrals, Citizens, and Newcomers. Neutrals don't need it, but they can unlock it to screw everyone over.
