Murderous Love

Chapter I.

They had just driven back from the field, oblivion by grimes echoes in the background and she keeps her shaking hands on the wheel, her boyfriend sitting next to her in the passenger seat focused on writing what they just had done.

"Don't look at me like that" she murmurs and she sees her boyfriend watching her every move, her face dripping with blood he smiles at her "You look beautiful" he says, she smiles at him as he turns up the song. This wasn't their first escapade, you'd think after many months she'd be used to the stench of blood, her eye was twitching as she was remembering what she just had done.

"Don't think about it" he said, knowing how she felt after everything they did, he leaned over and kissed her blood and tear stained cheek, "I love you no matter what" he whispered into her ear, she nodded agreeing. They pulled into the motel parking lot, it was the same motel every time despite Vivian being disgusted with staying in a motel she went with it cause nobody cared what happened at dirty old motels.

"Come on Viv let's go inside, you need to eat something and shower" her boyfriend said "You look disgusting" he laughed, she smiled at him "Ok Im coming, I'm coming" she rolled her eyes at him as he forces her to go inside, she puts on a hoodie covering her face as her boyfriend gets them a room.

"Thank you!" He told the concierge, she smiled and nodded shyly. He called Vivian over to go to their room once they got inside Vivian let out the breath she had been holding since they walked in. "I'm gonna shower" she told him, he nodded and decided to write more of the book and humming to himself.

In the bathroom Vivian decides to check her phone after having it off for hours, seeing multiple messages from her mother and messages from her best friend Ivy letting her know she was covering for her. Ivy thought she was at a concert in Philly with her boyfriend and wanted to sneak out, she had no idea about the dozens of murders her best friend of 18 years had committed.
