Carson's Pov:
I paced back and forth out side her house across the street. I sighed deeply and decided not to do this. I ran off again this was the fifth time, I walked up to my apartment that I rented out. I shut the door locking it leaning against I sighed deeply I walked over tossing my keys down on the table. I slowly lowered my self down to my couch I didn't want to disrupt her life with what's going on with my life. She don't need to be involved she's my little sister she shouldn't be taking care of me. I should be taking care of her not this way.

My stomach rumbled I stood up walking over to my bag on the counter I pulled my new phone out and ordered food. Everything that happened to me in Pennsylvania is what caused me to run and hide drop the old past me. Liam my ex fiancé was running my life I walked into the bathroom flipping on the light I slowly tugged my hoodie off my eyes ran up and down my bruised body. I sighed deeply ruining my fingers up the dark black bruise along my hip and up to my ribs that's the only one that hurt the most. I sniffled grabbing my hoodie sliding it back over my head I shut the light off going to my room grabbing a cover off the air mattress.

I walked into the living room sitting on the lawn chair putting youtube on my phone watching something to take the time away. Once the food came I got half way through before I got full. I looked around my apartment it was empty I didn't have much but I had to save money so I could eat and drink. The night went on I finished up and cleaned everything up and decided to call it a night.

  ~Morning~

I sat outside the BAU pacing I need to do this I can't keep stalling what if he does find me and kill me? I took a huge deep breath I spun to walk in but I crashed into a tall guy. I winced in pain groaning quietly "Are you okay Ma'Am?" He asked I held my side nodding my head he raised his eyebrow "Are you hurt?" He asked I shook my head. I looked up at him my heart kind of skipped a beat. "Umm no I'm um alright, by chance do you know a Jennifer she goes by JJ?" I asked he took his glasses off then my heart started to race more and more.

"And May I ask who's asking??" He asked I stood up a little more tucking some hair behind my ear "I'm her older sister Carson Jareau." He nodded his head softly "She should be inside right now I believe come on follow me" I followed behind him I pulled my ID. "Just in case you don't believe me" he laughed shaking his head "I believe you, you look just like her don't even need to look at that" I rolled my eyes shaking my head "No I don't" he chuckled opening the door for me. "Lady's first" my heart did another skip I was always last stuck in the car crying then I'd walk in alone. "What? Never had anyone open the door for you?" He asked me I shook my head he chuckled "Well I'm happy to be the first" I smiled softly walking in first. After that he was stone cold we walked right inside "JJ my office now" he called out she turned and once her eyes landed on me she rushed behind us.

We walked into his office She instantly pulled me into a tight hug "I'll give you two a moment" he sat his stuff down grabbing some folders and walking towards the door "Once your done we will be at the round table" he walked out the office I stood there while she looked at the door she turned facing me "Carson, what are you doing all the way here in Virginia?" She asked I sighed deeply I slowly sat down in the chair across from his desk. "I umm" I ran my hands softly together she slowly kneeled down in front of me grabbing my hands softly.

Aaron's Pov:
"Where's JJ?" Derek asked I flipped through paper work "She's a bit busy right now" he titled his head confused "I thought if it was a case we all had to be present? I'm not even allowed to miss any" I sat my folders down on the table looking up at him "Her sister dropped by" everyone looked around confused and lost "We didn't know she had a sister" Gideon said I nodded my head looking up at them. "Neither did I, maybe it's a reason she don't talk about her" the rest of the team fell quiet.

The entire meeting went by JJ didn't show up I walked up to my office I froze as I saw she was standing there with her shirt lifted showing brusies along her side. JJ looked up and noticed me out side my office she slowly stood up softly grabbing Carson's arms she pointed out window Carson slowly looked over with tears rolling down her cheeks she nodded her head. JJ walked over to my door opening and closing it "What's going on?" I asked her she sighed placing her face into her hand "She ran away from home" I looked back in her leg was bouncing she was staring at the ground she was biting her finger nails. "She's scared, someone back home threatening her?" I asked her she sighed nodding her head

"Liam, her fiancé well apparently her ex fiancé now he was cheating on her then he would come home and take it out on her." She sniffled looking back inside my office "She needs our help Hotch. Im gonna sit this case out take her back to her place god I don't know how long she's even been here in Virginia" I nodded my head looking down at her. "Call me if you have any more updates after this case we will help and take care of this situation" she nodded her head walking back into my office. We left to take care of this case
