*Bruce POV*
My mind was playing tricks on me again. Telling me to do bad things to myself, and telling me to just end it. I haven't gotten thoughts like this for a little while so it's always a shock to me when they pop up. I carefully got off the couch not wanting to wake Vance and walked to the bathroom where I found a razor blade. I stared at it for a couple minutes then looked at my wrist to see my faded scars from a few months back. I put the razor blade up to my wrist but before I could do any movement I heard a voice behind me.

*Vance POV*
"Bruce?.." I saw Bruce about to cut himself and I didn't know what to do. I was completely frozen. "Vance.. I'm sorry I don't know what's going on inside my head but it won't stop." I didn't say anything I just hugged him and took the blade from him. "Promise me you'll talk to me when things get tough?" I felt Bruce nod as he slowly drifted back to sleep. I picked him up and laid him down on the couch, I walked out of the room to grab a blanket so he was warm for the rest of the night. I didn't sleep at all due to me worrying about Bruce but I really didn't need to sleep. I looked at Bruce a couple times to make sure he was ok or at least acting ok. I hated seeing Bruce upset.

*3rd person POV*
The next morning finally came. It felt like forever to Vance. Vance got up carefully as he noticed Bruce was still asleep, which made sense because of all the stress put on Bruce's shoulders last night. Vance walked into the kitchen and made himself some eggs for breakfast, and some waffles for Bruce because he knew Bruce wasn't a fan of eggs. After about 10 to 15 minutes Bruce woke up and walked into the kitchen where he was greeted by the smell of waffles. Vance slightly smiled at Yamada before going back to eating his eggs. They both finished their food and just relaxed for the day since that's the only thing Bruce could do. They thought it was nice having each other's company. They fooled around a couple of times, Vance making sure he was gentle with Bruce. And once again they were both asleep dreaming of all the possibilities.
