You know who it is, Millie Bright that's right. And I want to bring you all on my Euro's joining that's about to begin.

*Day before camp*

Sam Kerr: I don't want you guys to go off to the Euro's we'll be apart for like a whole month.
Fran Kirby: It will fly by and plus it's in England so you'll be able to come to any games you want
Millie: Yeah she's right Sam don't stress about it we'll see you very soon.

Me and the England girls that have been called up are the majority of the Chelsea team at the moment. I mean we have a diverse team and loads of players but most of the starting XI are English call ups so I guess I get why Sam's a bit disappointed that we're all leaving her.

I got back to my house and had some food. I knew I had to finishing packing tonight but with constant messages and FaceTimes from Rach because she's soooo excited about seeing me tomorrow. I was rushing around making sure I've got my newly delivered kit ready, I always have to wash it once before I can take it to camp and wear it. Strange right.

Everything washed. Everything packed. Finally I was done. Just in time because as usual my phone is ringing again. And who else other than Rachel Daly herself. I laughed to myself before answering.

M: Hi bestie, to what do I owe the pleasure this time?
R: I just wanted to tell you I miss you and I can't wait to see you
M: You only told me that an hour ago, but I miss you too and you've got under 24 hours until you can see me

We spoke for about an hour but as the conversation went on Rach started to have a worried look on her face. I needed to at least try and speak to her about things

M: Rach what's wrong? I can tell when your brain is ticking away so talk to me please
R: It's nothing, it's just... it's just
M: Take your time I'm all ears
R: The last time I saw Ellie things were weird. Things that I've never realised before came to light and I don't know what it'll be like to see her again
M: Oh my god you SO have a crush on Ellie Roebuck!!!!
R: I-I I don't know Mils ugh I'm so confused

I am so proud of her, she has come so far. She's been through a lot and I'm proud that she's my best friend. Everyone needs a Daly dose of Brightness.

We got off of the phone and I went to sleep excited for the next day. This is our time to shine and I need us to grab it with both hands. We are all ready and if we are ever going to do it, it will be this time around.

Fresh squad, fresh minds. Watch out for us this year.

I woke up feeling as fresh as a daisy. Thank god too because if I wake up happy then I know I will have a good day.

Breakfast done. Shower done. Bags ready. Now's the time to go. I got in my car, blasting music so excited to get to camp and see all the girls. Especially Rach of course.

Before I knew I was there and I couldn't see many cars so I presume I'm one of the first ones here which is a shock. I'm never early. I stepped out of the car, grabbed my bags and went into the building. Firstly greeted by the social media personnel who had a camera on me straight away. Giving a cheesy smile and a thumbs up I continued through to where the boss herself was standing. Sarina quickly hugged me and started explaining some changes that would happen this camp.

Sarina: So Millie, seeing as you're officially the first here for the first time ever I'll give you the low down first. This camp will be slightly different. The lineups will be based solely on who performs in training. I developed my squad based on club performances so it's only fair that I give everyone a fair shot whilst here. There will also be a change in room sharing. No more fours, just two to a room but don't worry you and Rach are together. You'll find out the rest in the meeting in one hour. Find the envelope with your name and that's got your room key and a welcome note with some other bits on it. Thank you and I'll see you once I've unpacked.

Taking in everything I had just been told I shot Sarina a massive smile, grabbed my key and started lugging my suitcase up to room 204.

It was nearly meeting time and I was just ready to leave the room when I heard the door unlock from my bedroom. I ran out into the main living area of the hotel room and it was exactly who I wanted it to be...

Millie: RACHHHHHH

Without another word, she ran and jumped into my arms. I caught her of course. We are the best duo. People see us as annoying but we ignore them because they just hate being fun.

Rach: I would love to stay and hug you for a bit longer Mill but we have a meeting and we don't want an angry Sarina on our hands.

I laughed straight away knowing she is exactly right. We put everything down and ran down to the meeting room. Saying hi to all the girls, and sitting down.

Throughout the meeting I found myself staring at one particular person. She was glowing, I physically couldn't take my eyes off her. This was the weirdest feeling ever. I don't know how to cope with it, I'm getting a bit flustered.

Beautiful brown eyes, brunette and a cheeky smile. Camp is going to be a strange one if I keep feeling like this.

Oh St George's Park what are you doing to me right now. I think I fancy the one and only...

Hi everyone, this story was asked for by a reader so of course I wanted to fulfil that want.
Just to remind everyone I am aware that Millie Bright and some other characters aren't gay in reality but if the story is requested I'm going to write it as asked.
