It had been a thunderous and stormy night. The devilishly cold air encompassed me. It felt as if I were kept between consciousness and coma, where desperation and tiredness pressured me, amplified by the elements. And therefore, we would like to seek the highest sentence possible – capital punishment." "Objection, your honour, I find it difficult to believe that my client performed such acts voluntarily. My client was clearly unable to appreciate the criminality of the conduct at that time as she was severely dissociated with her identity.
