'Thank Kami the kids are out of Edo right now' Gintoki was feeling grateful at the 'dumb' & half-hearted decision he made to let Kamui, Kagura, Shinpachi & Tae leave his side on this very day. To go with Otose-san & Catherine on their 5-day vacation. While the snack shop is under Tama-chan's care. Away from work & Edo life, mostly just so that Gintoki could work his a*s off to earn more money so he could pay this month's rent.

All of this crisis in Kabukicho, a part of Edo. The occurrence took place when Kyubei, now known as Jyubei, told all her worries about whether to live life as a man or woman to a fortune teller on the roadside when she went out to buy groceries so that she could cook for her father, grandfather & the 4 Devas of the Yagyu clan.

However, after all of the complaining she did with the suspicious fortune teller, the lady stood up from her chair & did some random hand gestures & mumbled to herself & stopped. When she did stop, Kyubei looked up at the sky, only to witness a flash of purple light passing through the sky.

When she wanted to look back at the blue-colored lip lady, Kyubei couldn't find her anywhere near her, as if she disappeared into thin air without a trace.

Now coming back to Gintoki, whose known as Ginko as of now. Was yelling, well more like scolding the young black-haired brat about what she did. Scolding her about the consequences of her action was that everyone in Kabukicho swapped genders. Though their still hybrids & have their animalistic features displayed & second-gender is the only factor that stayed the same throughout this whole mess.

After the manly duo, Tsukuyo & Sa-chan, practically outshined the males before this in every aspect of what being an MC is & what being a man means. Destroying the cameras that monitor the city was a successful mission done by the two with ease as it didn't take them that long with the manpower they have. Considering that Tsukuyo is the leader of Hyakka while Sa-chan had her own shinobi squad she could command at any time.

As mostly all of the women (previously males) hold them back since they were basically brawling against each other. Comparing who had the biggest boobs & who could score a guy in one day as females. Though it went downhill pretty quickly considering that all of Kabukicho's men were women before they swapped genders.

Once they've reached the base of the cult, all of them fought their way through to get to the leader. So that she could send another flash of light through the city in order to change everyone back to normal.

As Gintoki was busy fighting the enemy, a few spears flew in his direction. He noticed it too late & couldn't dodge most of them, that was what he thought until Tsukuyo made her way & brought him into her embrace. Dragging them along the dirt of the battlefield, Tsukuyo then held onto one of the few broken electric cables, in hopes that it doesn't break or else they'll end up falling in wherever this pit would take them.

However, it didn't last long when Sa-chan came to the rescue. She was so busy calling out Gintoki's name while running in his & Tsukuyo's direction as she clashes with the opposite team. Throwing a kunai here & there that bursts through the enemy's head, painting the battlefield red.

But without the aid of her glasses, she ended up tripping over the electric cable which cause it to tear as she trips down into the pit with the other two. Before Gintoki shut his eyes closed, he could see that the men wrapped their arms around him & received most of the impact when they crashed into the ground.

Timeskip

Gintoki slowly fluttered his eyes open, scanning the area around him. He shot up, & pain that felt like an electric wave went all over his spine & back as he force himself to sit up. "I... I'm in the hospital?" He told himself as he kept on looking around. His head stopped when his eyes landed on the two men besides his hospital bed, holding his hands.
