Walking home with my headphones on I thought about the play. Going through the line I stopped walking for a second.Wait isn't there a kissing scene?!?! Was I going to have to kiss tubbo?? Shit I dont think I'm ready for that...whatever it's only a kiss besides its not like I like him.... Right? Besides even if I did he's not going to like a nobody like me.
I continue walking down my street taking in the surroundings of the sun in the sky. Birds in the trees and on the electrical wires. The sounds drifted to my ears, dogs barking, Squirrels chittering. The leaves rustled in the trees and some of the orange, red and yellow leaves fell from the tree.Clutching my sweater to my body I shivered so cold!! Who knew that Fall would be so cold this year. It felt like -60000 even tho its only -2' . Brrrrr.
When I arrive home I see my sister's car in the driveway. Her red car shone in the light of the sun, sparkling like a thousand rubies. The dumb bumper stickers she got made me laugh as I remember helping her pick them out. The goofy llama I picked had sunglasses and a mustache.
Shes home awfully early the realisation , her shifts normally end at 7:30 sometime 8. I checked my watch it was only 6:15. Something's up I just know it. Walking in I see my sister pacing while water boils she looks over and rushes to hug me. "Oh thank god....I thought...Oh it doesn't matter, you're alive!!" She mutters kissing my face and hugging me all over.
"Whoa whoa whoa slow down, what do you mean i'm alive why wouldn't I be?" I ask confusion laced in my tone. "You didn't here? A teenager about your age was shot in a hit and run on ************ there in the hospital" she explained "wait...what did you just say?"
Shit what if its TOBY!! I rushed to my room and took out my phone. Clicking on the little bee contact i called him "Cmon Cmon, Pick up pick up!!" "Hello Toby here if i am not answering that's probably cause I dont have my phone or some other dumb reason like maybe i'm at school or wait im getting off topic, anyway leave a message after the beep and il get back to you as soon as I can!!!" BEEP
"Hi toby its me Y/N I was wondering if you got home ok..Get back to me as soon as you can..Bye" I ended the call. Pacing in my room I tried to think straight, 'Calm down Y/N he doesn't even live near there' I calmed a bit and waited till my phone rang god why wont it ring ugh ok Y/N calm down . After about the longest 15 minutes of my life he called back.
"Y/N? Why did you sound so panicked earlier?" Toby asked "Oh my god you're alive" I responded and flopped down on the bed putting toby on speaker. "Huh why wouldn't I be?" he asked. I explained what my sister had told me. "Oh my I'm sorry for worrying you!" He exclaimed. "Toby it's not your fault I just panicked.."
After clarifying he was alive we chatted for 2 hours until i heard my sisters voice calling me down for dinner. "Sorry Toby its my dinnertime, talk later?" "Sure!!" He responded eagerly. After hanging up i want downstairs to find my sister placing a large heaping of KD on her plate "Help yourself N/N"
She told me going to the living room and to start our show. After putting just the right amount so that my sister wouldn't bug me I zoomed to my place on the couch and my sister pressed play and we sat there eyes glued to the screen. While watching we would make funny comments and say witch girls or guys were hot.
After we were done with our food I gathered the dishes and put them in the dishwasher. 'I wonder why I was so worried about toby I mean he's just a friend right? Of course he is Y/N You idiot that why you were worried because he's one of your best friends even though the time we've known each other is not that long'
After going upstairs I see my sister passed out at her desk. Going into her room I moved the rolly chair near her bed and pushed her into it. She reagusted in her sleep I moved the blanket over her then returned the chair to its place at her desk. Closing the door softly I walked over to the bathroom brushed my teeth and went back to my room. collapsing into the covers I Closed my eyes wondering what tomorrow would bring then of toby hid face filtering in my subconscious as I fell asleep.
