Megatron swam through the deep blue waters, his sharp eyes scanning the ocean floor for prey. He was on the hunt for fish, his stomach growling with hunger. As the leader of the Deceptisharks, it was his duty to provide for his clan. But his thoughts were interrupted when he heard a faint cry for help. It was Firestar, his friend and love interest.

Without a second thought, Megatron darted toward the sound of her voice. As he swam closer, he saw Firestar struggling in a large fish net that had been left by human hunters and fishermen. Megatron's heart sank as he realized the danger his friend was in.

He didn't hesitate for a moment. Using his sharp teeth and claws, Megatron ripped through the thick net, freeing Firestar from its deadly grasp. She gasped for breath as she swam to the surface, her body shaking with fear and relief.

Megatron swam up beside her, his concerned eyes searching her face. "Are you hurt?" he asked, his voice full of worry.

Firestar shook her head, her long hair floating around her like seaweed. "No, I'm okay. Thank you for saving me, Megatron took Firestar to the medic Knock Out who checked on the mermaid's health before he confirmed that she is okay but only with minor bruises.

"How is she, doctor?" Megatron asked, concerned.

"She's okay, my liege. Except for minor bruises from the net that caught her. But she'll be okay. She is young and strong. She will heal quickly." Knock Out informed the Deceptishark warlord.

"Thank Primus." Megatron said in relief.

Megatron approached Firestar as she sat by the edge of the ocean, nursing her bruises. The medic, Knock Out, had done his best to heal her, but the pain still lingered.

"Firestar," he said with a grave tone. "We need to talk about the humans."

Firestar looked up at him, her eyes wide with curiosity. "What about them?"

"Some of them are dangerous land creatures who eat fish and can hunt down mermaids and sea creatures for sport," Megatron explained. "That fish net that caught you was most likely left by human fishermen."

Firestar's heart sank at the news. She had always known that humans were a threat to the ocean and its inhabitants, but she never thought that they would hunt mermaids for sport.

"How can they do that?" she asked, her voice trembling with anger and fear. "Don't they know that we are sentient beings with feelings and emotions?"

Megatron let out a heavy sigh. "Unfortunately, not all humans understand the importance of the ocean and the creatures that live in it. They see us as nothing more than a source of food or entertainment. That's why we need to be careful and stay away from them as much as possible."

Firestar nodded, her heart heavy with fear.

Megatron swam slowly towards Firestar, his expression grim. "I have been meaning to tell you something, my dear friend," he said, his voice low and serious. "A few months ago, one of my Deceptishark warriors, Breakdown, was captured by humans. They dissected him and left him with only one eye before Bulkhead the Automerman rescued him."

Firestar's eyes widened in shock. "How could they do such a thing?" she exclaimed, her voice filled with horror.

Megatron's face twisted with anger. "It is the humans' way," he said bitterly. "They do not understand our kind and seek only to harm us."

"But how did Breakdown survive?" Firestar asked, her curiosity piqued.

"Bulkhead forced himself to remove the chains that the humans used to restrain Breakdown before they escaped and fought against the humans," Megatron said, admiration shining in his eyes. "Breakdown turned against Bulkhead when he chose to remain loyal to me and our clan after Starscream forced him not to side with his archenemy. Breakdown and Starscream and their troops lost their fight to Optimus Prime and the Automermen before they retreated back to our clan."

Firestar shook her head in amazement. "It is a wonder that Breakdown survived such an ordeal," she said, her voice filled with awe.

"Yes, he is a true warrior," Megatron said, his voice filled with pride. "And he will continue to fight by our side until the very end."

"I thought you never cared about Breakdown's well-being?" Starscream commented, startling Firestar when she and Megatron heard the Deceptishark commander out of nowhere near a corner of the grotto.
