19th of December

It was so full and boring at the institution. Everyone working there was either down in the lab, or out to lunch. A lonely little girl sat in her room, unseen, unheard and unwanted by everyone as she is not like all the other children there. She is a hellhound from the far reaches of hell itself. Her kind were seen as only pets and slaves for the last 6000 millennia and nothing more. To her, that means she is useless if no one wants her as their child.

Down the hall, voices echoed softly. The headmistress is talking to some guy about adopting a girl. The headmistress is unable to talk him out of his ways so she leads him down the hall to each adoptable child's room. As they pass by, the short man leans in and sees a scared and lonely girl, Loona, about to fall apart due to her pas and being passed around from home to home and being abandoned by her family so long ago. The man looks her up and down then says very sternly. "This girl, I wanna adopt her now. Got issues with that Lady Demonesc?"

The headmistress looked shocked that someone truly wanted a hellhound as his child. After listening to a long winded speech, the man signed the papers and took Loona home with him. There she claimed the darkest room in the whole house. After settling in, Loona found a phone sitting by her door after the man slid it under her door with a note that reads as follows. "Hey, if you're hungry I made some spaghetti and meat balls, no pun intended, also, what kind of drinks do you like? I'll be in the living room if you wanna join me."

After reading the note, Loona set the phone in her hoodie pocket then opened her door. Once in the hall, she could hear the TV and laughter coming from the living room. She slowly makes her way there to find the TV on but no one there. A voice from behind her startled her. "Good evening my dear." She jumps and turns to find the imp that adopted her holding a plate of spaghetti in his hands. "Hungry?" He asks as he holds it out to her.

Loona took the plate carefully and looked away. "Thanks, I guess." Her enthusiasm, so low as it was, made Blitzo laugh.

"You don't need to worry little lady, you're safe here, this is your home now and I'd love to help it feel like a real home to you."

A moment passes before both Loona and the imp move to the couch in the living room. While eating, the imp flipped through old clown footage of his old life in hell as a clown. Loona watches each one and slowly realizes that she's living with a very creepy imp.
