Ha-eun had never drank so much in her life. Once she opened her eyes, she was shocked to see that she was lying on a bed. Usually, it was the floor or a bathtub— her drunk self usually felt more comfortable in those places rather than a bed.

She could feel a headache coming along as she slowly sat up to stretch and yawn. She scratched her head before noticing how her room looked. She could've sworn it was more of a mess the last time she checked, but currently, everything seemed spotless. Ha-eun ignored the thought once she heard the sound of a notification coming through. Ha-eun picked up her phone to see a message from Tae-moo; her eyes widened after reading what he had sent.

"I hope you hold your end of the deal."

Ha-eun felt paralyzed, "What did I do?!"

Her phone started to ring; she noticed it was from Hari. She answered the call to hear, "Where did you go last night? Young-seo and I had cried for 20 mins because we thought you went missing."

"I'm... I'm home... but.. um... something happened last night, and I can't remember," Ha-eun nervously spoke.

Young-seo and Hari stopped walking once they heard Ha-eun anxious tone, "Why do you sound so nervous?"

"Because I think Tae-moo was in my apartment last night and I don't remember how."

"WHAT!" Hari and Young-seo yelled through the phone call.

After talking to Young-seo and Hari, they agreed it was best to ask what happened. They were worried about what Ha-eun could have said to Tae-moo since her drunk self tended to be very flirty and impulsive. But Ha-eun was too embarrassed to do so especially after rejecting him. And it didn't make sense no matter how many times she tried to piece together how he got there. She knew that she didn't call him, nor did he call her. So, they must've seen each other while Ha-eun was drunkenly on her way home.

Ha-eun ended up dialing Tae-moo's number once she was dressed for work. She needed to know what she agreed to before Young-seo mindlessly meet with him tonight.

"Ms. Shin."

He figured out my last name... or I told him when I was drunk.. Ha-eun thought to herself.

"What happened last night?" Ha-eun voice was stern, though she could feel her heart beating out of her chest.

"Ah— that, well, you were walking home. I offered you a ride, which you didn't decline. You were completely drunk, so I had to help you into your apartment. You were difficult to handle, and as an apology, you agreed to marry me, and then—"
