I was sleeping peacefully in my bed until my mother called me.
"Get up now, it's morning and if you don't wake up, then you will be late for your school." Mother said
I was trying to wake up because I'm lazy but only in the morning, then suddenly I remembered something and my eyes opened immediately and I ran toward the bathroom then I did my morning routine, I put on my school dress then I set my hair.
I stood in front of the mirror, "I am very late today, and on top of that how can forget that I have to submit my project today, how can I be so careless" I said while putting cream on my face.
I am not one of those students who do not do their projects and always go to school late. I am always ready on time and I have always been top in my studies, but today I am late because I was doing my project till 3 am and it's not like that I forgot to do my project. Actually, Our teacher gave us only 2 days' time for this project, that's why I'm late today and if talk about friends so I have only one friend Lisa we are childhood friends. She is like a sister to me. and you know what My parents sent me to a girls' school and this is not because my parents don't have that much money but because they don't want me to interact with any boys because my dad doesn't trust nowadays boys.
I went downstairs and saw my parents sitting at the dining table, "Good morning Dad" I said with a hug, "Good morning my princesses" Dad said with a peck on my forehead."
"I think you both forgot that I am also here," Mom said with a pout on her face," Oh Mom... good morning," I said while my dad was laughing, "You can't see father and daughter love always be jealous Don't you?" Dad said," Yes because she is my daughter too." Mother said with attitude.
We had our breakfast then, "Ok Mom and Dad, I am leaving now. I am very late today," I said with that I rushed toward the main door "Bye-bye." I said.
I get in the car then the car started.....
"Y/nnnnie where are you ?" Lisa said on the call
"I am coming I am on my way and I know, I'm late today" she replied while looking outside her car's window.
"Come fast Y/nnnie, didn't you know that we have submitted our project today ?"
"I know Lisa, it's just I slept late..."
"Ohhh but come fast, I'm waiting for you bye."
"Bye," Y/n replied and then hung up the call.
"Let's go we're already late." Lisa said."Yeah, let's go." I said while running toward our class. we get into the class and take our seats.
We submitted our project to the teacher and the teacher also praised us that we did our project so well in less time. I came straight to my home after school was over, yes, because I didn't get enough sleep because of my project. I went inside my house and I am looking for my mother but I notice that no one is home maybe she is out for some work then I went to my room changed my clothes and I went straight to my bed because I have to sleep now and I fell asleep immediately.
One hour later
I woke up from the sound of laughter, then I noticed that someone is laughing very loudly, maybe Mom and Dad have come, I got up from my bed and went downstairs and I saw that some guests has come, I went straight to my dad and sat next to him and put my head on her shoulders.
"What happened my princess?." Dad said with patted my head.
"Nothing, I just missed you guys," I said while yawning.
"Aww my child, Y/n meet Mr. and Mrs. Kim, He is my business partner and also a very good friend."
"Hello Uncle and Aunty," I said with a smile.
"Hello Sweetie, Aww y/n you are so beautiful," Mrs. Kim Said with a smile.
"Thank you, Aunty," I said with a blushing face. After that, I went to my room.
Meanwhile
"What do you say?" Mr. Kim said
"Of course, yes and I'm very happy," Mr. Kang said (y/n's dad) with a big smile.
"I'm also happy that you said yes but,.....well you also know about my son and his's work. I'm only telling this now because I don't want to ruin y/n life and I know that she is very sensitive that's why and now I am feeling very selfish." Mr. Kim said
"Hey hey don't say I like that I know you and also about your son. He is not a bad man and I also know him he never gets harm his family with his work so don't worry my friend." Mr, Kang said
"Thank you so much for this, my friend." Mr. Kim said with tears. they hug each other because now their friendship bond getting more stronger.
