Tzuyus POV

Police Station / Jungkook desk

"What's gotten into you?", I asked.

"What do you mean?".

"You seem to be working a lot harder on this case".

"I mean don't you want to capture Hyewon?", he asked.

"Yes but it's odd seeing you so focused", I said.

"Im always focused on a case".

His phone suddenly vibrated.  I caught a glimpse of it the name. Crush🥰.

"Excuse me", he said and left the office.

Ah, you want to work harder to get let off early to see your crush. I just headed back to my desk.

"Honey".

I glanced up shocked to see Snaa.

"Darling what are you doing here?", I asked shocked

"I brought coffee to help well you stay energized".

I chuckled.

"Oh thank you. I will definitely stay energized".

She smiled and pecked my cheek. Now Mina never spoke to me. I went to her mother's, and her mother told me that Mina wants nothing to do with me and doesn't love me. So I automatically just gave up on trying to befriend her and let my love for her go.

Cafe

"Hello, ma'am may I buy you a delicious meal with a free drink?".

"Of course, you may", I said.

He smiled sitting down opposite me removing the police hat.

"How's the case going?", I questioned.

"Still a dead end".

"Maybe you should hand the case over to someone else and just do a new case", I said.

"But won't you feel safer us completing it?".

"I mean yes but it seems to be stressing you out".

"Im only stressed because Tzuyus doing nothing", he said.

"I mean I get she doesn't want to accidentally neglect Sana again but she has to make time for her and for work and they are now replanning to marry as well. And right now catching a serial killer is more important".
