Tzuyus POV

Police Station 

"Officer Jeon", Siyeon said.

"Any updates?".

"Yes she was apparently at a nightclub last night we should check it out and see CTV footage", Siyeon said.

"Yeah let's go. Also did you do that airport idea?".

"I did no way she can escape Korea now".

"Great job. We're moving a lot faster now", Jungkook said.

Im still annoyed I was taken off the case.

Streets 

I was called to another dead body. But just as I got out of the car I bumped into someone. I bent down picking my hat up only to lock eyes with the female as I stood back up.

"Mina...", I said shocked.

"Chou?".

"You go ahead, Kim. I'll be there in a second", I said.

"...Hey", I said.

"Hi, how's the case going?".

"I was taken off the case. Im no longer on it".

"And whys that? You're not related to her in any way", she said.

"Order from my boss despite the fact Jungkook went on a 2-week vacation and he's no of the case".

"You do know what places he went to right though?".

"Well yes. Japan, China, Spain and LA in America", I said.

"You see Jungkook has been providing me with the information so far. And the only reason he went on that 2 week holiday was to see if she was there. So technically it was a vacation".

"Well, if wasn't vacation why dint he say so and why didn't he bring me?".

"Same reason you are off the case", she said which confused me as to what she was on about.

"Huh?".

"When I woke up Mother told me you said you loved me and I wanted to surprise you that I was alive the next day. Only to find your ex-wife proudly showing off that you two were very intimate in the morning. Was that a lie that you told Mother? That you loved me?".

"Mina.. I did love you it just---".

"Did. You see the difference. She walked back into your life and you immediately go back to her without thinking once about my feelings?".

"I went to your mother before I even decided on getting back with Sana. She said you didn't love me", I said.

"Why? Why did you think I told Mother to tell you that after finding out you had sex with your ex-wife? I did it so I would never have to see your face again. Because it hurt. I thought maybe we could get back the time we lost but that won't ever happen. And I know that you've been slacking off the case. Like you don't care that I'm sitll in danger Tzuyu.  Now I dont care if you do have sex with her but when you are slacking off work to do it then it's an issue", she said.

"Now Jungkook me and him are friends. I went with him to those countries and I know he tried calling you to ask if you've done anything but you didn't because you were too busy having sex or just couldn't be bothered to do any work. He actually cares about capturing her so I am feeling safe on the street, in my own home. He has been working so hard and you've just been slacking off. That is not the Tzuyu I remember who was so desperate to find me alive and not dead. Not the Tzuyu I remember at all.  Goodbye Tzuyu", she said and walked away.

"MINA!".

She just ignored me and walked away. I sighed and ran after her.

I grabbed her wrist.

"I was conflicted with emotions when Sana came back in my life".

"Conflicted? Or was it just that she left you in the first place and that I would've just been a replacement?", she said.

"Noo... You are special".

"Special? Well, your action showed a different meaning. Do you know how scared I've been feeling ever since I woke up? Afraid that she will kill me. I get you are scared to mess up with your wife again, but that's no excuse for not doing your job. Well congratulations Tzuyu on your remarriage with her. We were always just going to be secondary school lovers and thats it. We're adults now so let's leave eachother alone now", she said removing my wrist.

"You've got a case to solve and I've got a job to get to", she said and walked off.

Just secondary school lovers.... god those words hurt.

Minas POV

My Bedroom

I face-planted my bed closing my eyes. However, as soon as I closed my eyes I ended up visually me and Jungkooks kiss. We haven't spoken about it. Like Dose he like me? Do I like him back? Was it just because it was in the moment? I mean ever since when I think of him my heart rates speed up and my face feels like it's on fire. Never felt this for a man before yet this feeling makes me scared but excited. Even thinking about has me toll and twisting in my bed. Could there really be something between us?
