Chapter 9: Love Tangled

I saw Mina briskly walking out of the Hospital, so I followed her and I am right! She was here in the park. I didn't let her to notice me and I went to the nearest Ice cream parlour.

"Hi there!" I was welcomed by the cheery staff of the ice cream store. So I just smiled at her and proceed to see what flavour I would get.

"Hmmm... I would get one strawberry and one mint chocolate please."

The staff delightedly prepared my order and handed it to me. When I was on my way out, the lady in front of me looking nowhere suddenly stopped when she heard someone yelled at her. Thats a relief cause when she didn't stop we could bumped to each other cause it was too late for me to see her as well, I swiftly moved to my left to avoid the collision with her while trying to balance the two ice cream cones that is about to melt. I hurriedly walk towards to my destination. She shouted something but I never heard it clearly and continue on my way.

Hmmmm.... So you are still in deep thoughts??

I am standing right beside the bench where she was seated "Here! I think you needed this one?"
Her face was with full of amusement when she saw me and she get the mint chocolate on my hand. "Thank you!" she said while giving me those cute gummy smile of hers.

I sat beside her and we silently eat our ice creams. But when I looked at her she was enjoying her ice cream and making a mess so I decided to wipe some of chocolates near her thin lips on the bottom.

"You are such a messy eater Minari" I said while my small thumb removes the remnants of some ice cream on her lips and taste the mint chocolate. Her reaction was a little too cute and her eyes wide open. She shyly said thank you and smile a little and her cheeks was slightly red.

Your so cute when being caught off guard.

"How did you know I am here Jisoo-chan?"

"I was out from my office but then saw you walking out in a hurriedly manner, so I followed you here and if you don't want me , I can leave you know!"

"Of course not..I didn't say I don't want you here!" And we both laughed.

Our laughter dies down when a girl spoke and asked " Ahhmm Excuse me! Sorry to bother but, all the benches are taken and you have a little space in here, ahhh -ahhm may I sit with you guys? My feet are little too sore right now." She ask nicely.

Mina and I look to each other and she gave me a nod which means we allow the girl to sit with us.

"Sure! No problem at all."

She said thank you and sit right beside me, so I was like in the middle and Mina was on my left.

"By the way, I am Wendy Son! Nice to meet you!" She said while looking at us giving us her warm smile.

Before we could say our name, both of our pagers beep, it means we are needed back to the hospital.

"Ahh sorry but we have to go! Doctor's duty!" I said while gesturing my hand that we have to go.

"Oh cool! Sure no worries! Take care and Thank you again." She waves at us and then Mina and I left the park and headed to the hospital.

Sana wakes up with a phone call and she tried to reached out her phone near the bedside table while her eyes was still closed and she didn't check who was calling she just slide up the phone to answer and put it on her ears but she soon regrets it, cause it was Nayeon's loud voice she could hear and almost make her eardrums explodes.
