For a moment, everything went into a blur. Anger could lead you to many places, even when the situation isn't as serious as it was made.

Atlantis took a deep breath to remind herself of that. She was working on her anger, trying not to react like she was used to doing.

"Bitch did you hear what I said?"

Atlantis looked down at her wet clothes, contemplating on her next move. She hate when she was disrespected, but she also hate being behind on bills.

"Sir, that was not very polite of you." Atlantis glared at the red faced man. He eyed her up and down as the manager walked over to the scene.

"I don't give a fuck, I asked you to bring me scotch. This is Whiskey you simple minded bitch. Ron if you're going to hire a girl to work here make sure she's smart and knows her liquor." He barked at her manager.

"I apologize for this sudden inconvenience but I got to ask you to remain calm. I will talk to my employee and have somebody else to bring you your scotch."

Ron turned to Atlantis who was already walking away. She made her way into the locker room, contemplating on whether she would smoke or just take a quiet break.

As she sat on the bench, the door burst open and her boss walked inside. He stared at her sternly which she figured would happen.

"So you just ignored me when I said that nigga bitch a lot so don't fuck up huh?" He asked.

"You should watch how you talk to me." She said calmly. Ron was about to grab her up until someone walked inside.

The man looked over but didn't too much pay them any mind.

"You better have a good explanation for this fuck up." Roy said lowly. Atlantis glared at him and rolled her eyes.

"I got his order right, the new bartender clearly set me up. That hoe knows I never get anything wrong so why would she play with me like that?" Atlantis frowned.

Ron rubbed his head and looked towards the girls walking inside. They gave the two looks before going off to handle whatever they were doing.

"See how these hoes just keep stank facing me? I'm trying to figure out what the fuck did I do?"

"Alright I'm sorry for talking to you like that it's just shit been tight on us lately. Just chill out ma, I'm gone look into this sudden animosity. Change your clothes and go work at the bar."

Atlantis watched him leave out, he glanced at one of the girls before going out. Atlantis shook her head and turned around to her locker.

She reached inside and grabbed the jeans and shirt she had for backup.

Once she was changed, she went back out and went to fix drinks at the bar. Some guy came up, eyeing her for a while.

Instead of waiting for him to say something, Atlantis spoke up.

"What would you like to drink?" She questioned cleaning the counter. He pointed to her breasts which made her cringe.

"I'm not interested in those advances, I could assist you with a drink though. So, what would you like?"

"Damn, guess I'll take a beer."

Atlantis leaned down and grabbed the beer out of the ice bucket. She handed the man his beer and moved down to the next customer.

While she took the order, her eyes eased towards the entrance. A man walked inside, he was dressed in a suit with a briefcase in his right hand.

His brown eyes met with Atlantis's and she quickly looked away.
