"It appears you've used up all of your Time Magic that you accumulated. I'm sure you saw all my attacks. But, you couldn't cancel that one spell..."

"Because you are the Wizard King."

Crimson liquid splatter all over the floor. Yami stood in his place, frozen.

The Great Wizard King of Clover has been stabbed.

Julius death was near, and no one can do anything about it.

Blood came out of Julius's mouth as he felt the light blade Licht held dig further into him.

Julius had fell to his knees, onto the floor, with death seeping through.

Finally, the two stones were obtained. The elf tribe will begin soon. Many deaths will occur. Clover will be in grave danger. And Julius knew that in this moment, he failed.

Yami stared at the light magic user, before comprehending everything, Licht left.

'Damn it. He got away!'

Yami cursed and ran to the soon dead man's side, "Julius! Hang in there!"

Julius had blood stains running down his chest, his clothes now stained red a he looked up at Yami weakly.

"Yami... that spell you used was quite amazing... you actually cut through dimensions..."

"Tch! Seriously Julius, you're over here dying and you're still fanboying about magic?! You know, Ice Princess would have been pissy with you if she ever hears you right now."

Julius smiled calmly, wishing patiently for the pain to subside, "You are truly an amazing Magic Knight..."

Yami furrowed his eyebrows together as he concentrated his attention to the man laying beside him, "I keep telling you, I'm 28 now. I'm no kid anymore."

Julius only continued, "This is promising... the next generation has grown well, Lucrezia has been growing up far too fast." He had a sad smile on his face.

"Yeah... the kid is 17 already...time has flown fast. Now, I'm gonna need you to shut it real quick. More talking means more death and do we want that? No. Daughter's gonna kill you herself, you know."

Julius chuckled softly, an image of an angry Lucrezia fogged his head. Unfortunately, she is not here for his last moments.

"Yami, do me a favor. When I go... be there for my little girl when she is alone. She will refuse your presence, but we both know well she needs someone there for her. Zia is much too prideful."

Yami laughed a little, "Tch, damn right she is. Probably worse than bird braid. And that's sayin' something."

"... You aren't dying. But, yeah. I'll be there for her. Was planning on it anyway even though you will not die."

Julius soften his eye, "Yami. Please, cut the delusions. There is no hope for what is about to come-"

"You aren't dying, Julius! I said it once and I'll say it again so you can get it through your skull! You aren't dying, you hear?! Aren't you thinking about how Ice Princess will react?!"

"She was the first person that came to my mind, Yami."

"Exactly! As you should!"

Julius began to cough up more blood.

"Shit! Julius!"

"The Eye of the Midnight Sun.. has another plan. One that might destroy this whole kingdoms humanity. I'm sorry, I had allowed him to steal the stones. I... am rather unworthy of being the Wizard King."

"Damn it Julius. If you don't shut it right now, I'm seriously gonna drag Lucrezia's ass over here, so she can talk sense into you!"

"There... is much I wanted to say to Lucrezia. I don't want to leave her... she is still so young. Who will guide her if not me? I don't want to leave her alone. I failed her once, and yet I'm failing her again. I'm unworthy of being the right father for her, as well."

Yami gritted his teeth frustratedly, "You can't be serious! Who the hell said you're leaving her?! You aren't!"

Julius ignored Yami's protest, "Yami, I will leave everything up to you. Take care of her. And let her know.... I will always love her."

Yami felt his eye sting, his nose turning red as sweat drops formed on his head. It was dead silent for such a long time that Julius thought Yami might have left, but Yami returned Julius's response with a smile along with a salute.

"... You got it."

"Ah, I'm glad I got to see Lucrezia improve so much. I couldn't be more happy...."

"I'm happy I met her once again. I got to see her smile right as she left. I saw her achievements and goals."

"But most of all, I am rather happy she sees me as her idol."
