Tara had her head rested on her arms crossed on the table . "I'm gonna go to the bathroom " Tara spoke .
"Be quick! Lunch is almost over " Mindy called .
Tara walked to the bathroom, trying to avoid contact with anyone.
She didn't actually need to go , she just wanted some peace .
She leaned against a wall and pulled out her phone .
Suddenly someone came out of the bathroom stall and started to wash their hands .
Tara jumped " hey" said the girl as she turned on the tap.
"Hi" Tara barley responded.
She finished washing her hands and started to dry them then left .
Tara was nervous around anyone she didn't know , and she always tried to avoid talking or conversation with people .
She wondered why that girl tried to talk to her , who even was she .
Tara realised she had been in there for 10 minutes and scurried out.
"What took you so long ?" Mindy asked .
"Someone said hi to me " Tara said , putting her phone on the table .
"Saying hi doesn't take 10 minutes "
Tara shrugged "who even was it " Mindy tilted her head.
"I dunno " Tara shrugged again .
"Describe them" Mindy put her hands on the table.
"uhm..dark brown hair ...I don't know ! I wasn't looking at her " Tara threw her hands up.
Tara looked around "Oh that's her " she pointed at a girl chatting to a group of girls .
"Amber fucking freeman said hi to you ?" Mindy widened her eyes.
"I do not like her " Wes spoke .
"Why ? She seems nice " Tara asked , oblivious.
"She's a bitch " Wes added .
"I've never talked to her , but she looks mean , I'm scared of her " Chad side eyed her .
"Chad - how could you possibly be scared of her if you haven't talked " Mindy furrowed her eyebrows .
"I dunno " Chad mumbled barley .
The bell rung and Mindy punched Chad playfully , but it hurt.
"Ow !!" He squealed and rubbed his arm .
Everyone stood up and went to their classes . Tara had maths.
She sat in the back and Amber sat behind her , Tara didn't notice .
Class started and Tara was day dreaming "Can you answer number 3. Carpenter. " the teacher called out .
She wasn't listening until she heard a whisper behind her "it's 17 " .
"Uh- seventeen?" She furrowed her eyebrows.
"Correct " The teacher continued.
Tara turned around and saw Amber "thanks " she whispered. Amber smiled and Tara turned around again .
School ended and Tara got a ride from Mindy along with Liv , Wes and Chad .
They were singing horribly to music which was blasting from the radio .
Tara had her headphones in but she could still hear it .
Everyone was dropped off except for Tara so it was just her , chad and Mindy .
