Chapter 16- Surprise Attack or Fail?

I saw the whip go up again and quickly down. More blood spattered across the cement floor. I cried as Alexander grunted while more soldiers grabbed him and pushed the boy to the floor.

I saw a slight glimpse of Matt, his face was already covered in blood, scratches on his face showed me that he was in extreme pain.

"That's it." I breathed elbowing Clouse in the stomach and punching Chen almost in the throat when he was distracted helping Clouse.

I stumbled over to the guards who towered over Alexander, laughing in the process at the young, teenaged, boy. I kicked one right in the shin making all the attention turn to me. Alexander got up pushing one right into me, I pushed the guard back making Alexander step back and laugh. I growled as I approached the crowd of security. I bent down to grab a rock and chucked it at a guard, he turned around and charged at me, Alexander tripped him to the floor as I continued descending the guards from their positions. Something cold went around my wrists. I glanced at Alexander, Chen was behind him metal tightly on his wrists and security surrounding Chen for protection.

I glared behind me to see Clouse, his usual smirk had disappeared to a frown. I looked over where Matt was only to see a boy lay lifeless on the floor, yet, covered in his own blood. As tears ran down my cheeks, I screamed feeling a hand go over my mouth-with that, the room went blurry as shades of black surrounded my vision. I soon then blacked out.
