summary: Imagine having a one night stand you can't forget. Then imagine seeing him again where you would least expect it, namely in front of you, as your teacher at drama school.

CILLIAN'S POV'Common mate. You need to get out there and have some fun, eh' Cillian's friend, Enda said to him as the caught up with him right after his case had been heard at the courts.
It was finally official. He was free from Lorraine, the woman who had messed up his life for the past seven years was now gone and, yet, he did not feel free at all.
He felt depressed, forced to change his habits and what he knew. He had to see his daughters less often now, three out of seven days per week, and this had to be good enough.
They were still young, five and seven respectively, and he knew that this would be difficult for them both.
He tried to stay for their sake but he could not. The love was gone and so was the passion. Lorraine was no longer loyal to him and Cillian had to revaluate his life at the age of 45.
Thus, after taking a break from acting following the last season of Peaky Blinders, he took up a job here in London which is where Lorraine and his daughters still lived. He bought a penthouse downtown so that Lorraine could retain the house and, with that, he took up a position as a drama teacher at the local drama school.
Teaching young adults how to act, on and off screen, was something he always wanted to do. He enjoyed being a mentor and he also enjoyed working on theatre projects again with his friend, Enda Walsh, he also worked at the drama school.
The young adults he would teach were anywhere between the ages of 18 and 25 and, whilst he was nervous about taking up this new position in an environment unfamiliar to him, he was also excited about it.
Next week was going to be his first week of his new life and, with that being the case, Enda suggested to him to have a night out. Just the two of them and, after having hibernated for weeks to prepare, Cillian agreed.
YOUR POV
It was Thursday evening, around 6 o'clock when you sat in the university library and packed up your books and laptop before making your way to a place called Sting. As usual, you were late and your friend Nadine was probably already waiting for you.
Ten minutes later, she indeed greeted you at the door of the overcrowded club, telling you that you were being impolite for keeping her waiting.
"I am sorry. I got caught up reading. Drama School back next week and I am behind with last semester's work" you said, apologising to your friend before giving her a tight hug.
"Nah, don't apologise. I was just teasing you. I couldn't possibly be angry with you" she smiled in response and, the truth was that, instead of being angry, she felt truly sorry for you.
You had recently broken up with your boyfriend again and the break up itself was a difficult one. You were on and off, continuously, but this time you were certain not to go back to him. He had cheated on you after you had been with him for over three years and the fact that he could do something so cruel broke you.
In the end, however, you stopped drowning yourself in self-pity and when Nadine called you up, suggesting a girls' night out, you agreed to join in.
Unfortunatly for you however, your other friends, Nora and Lorraine did not. They both attended Drama School with you and decided to see a play in East London. Thus, it was just you and Nadine and Nadine was certainly the odd one out between the four of you.
She was not in the same class as you and the others but, instead, studied worked as a bartender in Chelsea. She had dropped out of Drama School last year and was funky, outgoing and somewhat weird.
