After accepting Alex's proposal, Lily was filled with excitement and anticipation. She couldn't wait to start planning their wedding and to finally be with Alex in person again.

However, as she began to delve into the details of wedding planning, Lily started to feel overwhelmed. There were so many decisions to make - the venue, the guest list, the menu, the music - and she didn't know where to start. On top of that, her family had different opinions about what she should do, and she found herself caught in the middle.

As the stress of wedding planning began to mount, Lily also started to notice some issues in her relationship with Alex. Now that they were engaged, they were both feeling the pressure to make things work. They had arguments about small things, like what color the invitations should be, but also about bigger issues, like where they would live after they got married.

Lily was starting to realize that being in a long-distance relationship was one thing, but being engaged and planning a wedding from afar was another. She missed Alex so much, and she couldn't help but feel like they were growing apart.

To make matters worse, Lily was also dealing with personal struggles. She had always been ambitious and driven, but she was starting to question whether her career goals were truly what she wanted. She had always thought that she would become a lawyer, but now she was starting to feel like there might be something else out there for her.

All of these stressors began to take a toll on Lily's mental health. She found herself feeling anxious and irritable all the time, and she had trouble sleeping. She tried to talk to Alex about how she was feeling, but it seemed like he was always too busy with work to really listen.

Lily felt like she was in a tailspin. She had always thought that finding her true love would make everything fall into place, but now she was realizing that love wasn't a magic cure-all for life's problems. She didn't know what to do or where to turn, but she knew that she couldn't keep going on like this.
