In the Manga timeline she is chifuyu's sister . During birth Mrs Matsuno's daughter died and had a funeral . A certain someone an old man took the baby from the grave and gave a new life to the baby and left her in the orphanage .
But no one new that the certain time leaper will be killed by shinichiro- kun and it was indeed the old man .
Chinatsu meaning is thousand summers as her brother's name was chifuyu meaning thousand winters .
