Chapter - 1 - Makinohara Shizumi : Origin

From the first day of school, the atmosphere starts to take its form, a group of friends starts to take its form and similarly, the atmosphere of the class shapes, if you are left behind you are a loner. People will hesitate to talk to you, to approach you.

And here it is where -

Makinohara Shizumi San comes

Makinohara Shizumi or Shizumi san is complete - average, looks - average, personality - average, studies - average, a girl completely cut off from the class.

At this point, even after 5 months since the year began, nobody besides me talks to her, and I do too because I sit beside her in the class.

But what makes her fun are her hunches (meaning intuition or a sixth sense).

Nearly one, week after school started Shizumi San stopped coming to school, and later we came to know that her father had passed away, in the same accident or something but Shizumi San didn't believe it to be an accident, she believed there was more to it (Though it was just a hunch). After the incident, she didn't come to school for about 3-4 months and it has only been about 1 month since she started to come to school,  till then the classroom's atmosphere had taken its shape and Shizumi San became a loner.

As a student sitting beside her, 1 month was enough for me to catch on about her hunches.

When Shizumi San told me about her father's death, she told me about her feeling that something was not right.

Now, if she told this to anybody else he/she would think her a freak and I am sure most of our classmates even think she's a freak, but not me, cause I know how true hunches are...

Anyway, I left it to that, because the school was rumbling with something else. There were RUMORS about a certain someone.

And rumors along with the school atmosphere ... not very welcoming.
