Summer break, synonymous with relaxation, vacation, and sports. That's what he thought, as he was in the elevator of his building to go and see his grandparents for a few days.

He waited patiently, rather nervously, for this metal cage to reach the garage, he who couldn't stand being locked up.

Once he reached the garage, he discovered someone in his place. A car. But it was not his. The incomprehension won him over and he hurried to see this thief of place.

- Excuse me, what are you doing?

- Getting out of my car.

- You're in my seat.

- It's not kindness that's suffocating you, muttered the young woman, but she made herself heard by her interlocutor, but he didn't notice this remark.

- Could you move over, I would like to go out.

- If you want to get out, it means that your car is in this parking lot, but my car is supposedly on "your" place, so you can't get out, the young woman insisted on the word "your" by adding quotation marks, which made the man in front of her feel very angry.

- Sorry? The dark-haired man had understood very well what the young woman had meant, but he didn't want to let her win at this game.

- How could I let you take your car out, when it's supposed to be where mine is?

- Yours is not supposed to be there. It's where I belong.

- How do I know it's your place and not mine?

- Because since I live here, I park here.

- I doubt that.

- I'm sorry, what?

- I've been living here for almost three years, and even though I travel a lot, I've never seen anyone in this spot, and I've never seen you. How do I know you're not a serial killer?

- You don't know who I am?

- No, I'm sorry I don't know everyone in the world. Do you know who I am?

- No, why should I know you?

- So why should I know you if you don't know me? If you'll excuse me, I have to go. And good luck finding your car.

The brunette left and the young man was still standing in the middle of the garage, stunned by this conservation. He couldn't believe that she was answering him, who didn't know him, which he found quite surprising in Spain. He who could not go to the supermarket without someone recognizing him.

Dream of many, hell of others.

The pilot stood there for a few moments, before leaving the building and finding his car parked in front of the door. He refused to recognize that the young woman was right. He was sure that he had parked his car in her place.

Once he got into his car, he was able to leave the hustle and bustle of the Spanish capital and head for the countryside near Valencia. He spent the afternoon driving before arriving at his grandparents' gate, which he had not seen for a long time.

Carlos spent four days in this peaceful haven before leaving for Greece, where he was meeting friends there. His grandparents and parents kept telling him that he should start finding a girlfriend and start a family. This only made him angry.

Why should he start a family if he still hadn't found the missing piece of the puzzle?

The month of August was a haven of relaxation and vacation for the young Spaniard, unlike the parking space thief who didn't spend a day or a night without working.

Work was her middle name. She lived to work. She did not work to live. She slept work. She ate work. Talked about work...
