Chapter 2

After a while of hugging I felt someone pulling on her. When I opened my eyes I saw it was Dinah pulling Lauren towards the exit of the airport.

"Ohh sorry Dinah that took longer than a minute" I said giving her a somewhat scared look because I thought she was going to beat the heck out of me.

"It's fine but Lauren we really have to go now!!" She said loud but calmly

Lauren turned to me a mouthed 'sorry'
And I gave her a smile saying that it was ok. She smiled back and turned towards the door. I started walking towards the door to go home when suddenly Lauren comes back running bumping into me

"Oops sorry...Oh hey you never told me your name" Lauren said when she finally saw who she bumped into

"Hey and my name is (Y/N), it was EXTREMELY nice to finally meet you Lauren" I said while she gave me a smile

"Ok well I have to go now but DM me as soon as you can please" she said.

"I sure will and be safe friend" I said and she turned one last time and gave me another beautiful smile.

After that...she left, this felt like a dream but I knew it was real because I just pinched my self which really hurt BTW. I started walking out and saw that my friend was outside of the car looking at her nails.

"Omg what took you so long, you were still in there when they left" she said when she noticed me coming her way

"Omg thank you best friend, what would I do without you? Wait how did you know I was still here in McAllen and why did you go to my grandmas sisters house? Not that I'm complaining, thanks to you I got to meet Fifth Harmony!!!" I said still excited about what happened like two minutes ago and completely brushing off her question

"I don't know something in me just told me that I should pass by and when I saw that yall were still here I beeped to see if you would come out" she said while we started to go back in to her car.

"Awwww you missed me that much, you wanted to spend more time with this amazing, cool, funny human being"
I said while she started to drive making her laugh

"I was just trying to make sure you left before I go out and talk about you behind your back" she started laughing and I shot her a glare

"Whatever you know you love me even after all these years we still stay close" I say smiling and looking over to her having the same expression as me

We got to my grandmas sisters house and they had finished working on the truck. We packed everything in and said goodbye to everyone, especially my best friend, giving her the tightest hug ever. We started the long drive back to Houston.

I was debating on DMing Lauren today, I mean I would totally DM her like now but I don't want to seem to desperate.
After a while of debating I fell asleep for an hour and a half, ok two hours. I woke up to my phone advising me of notifications. When I scrolled through them I saw that I had a DM message from Lauren.

Lauren: "Omg you must be very busy😕" sent an hour ago

(Y/N): "Sorry😁 I didn't want to seem desperate and I was debating whether to DM you or not but soon fell asleep along the way back home😴"

Lauren: "It's fine but I told you to DM me as soon as you can so I wouldn't have thought of it as desperate, and where did you go? If you don't mind me asking" wow didn't think she'll respond that fast 😏

(Y/N): "I would of...lol but anyways I don't mind you asking and I'm going back home to Houston, I live in Houston I was visiting some family members in McAllen"

Lauren: "Ohhh ok I thought you lived there but I guess I was wrong lol"

(Y/N): "Lol its ok to be wrong once in awhile"

Lauren: "It is, so tell me more about yourself (Y/N)

I told Lauren My whole entire life and told her about my family and all that good stuff. We where back and forth on getting to know each other. Even though you think you know someone you could be completely wrong. I thought I knew Lauren, but boy was I wrong, there was so much about her that I didn't even know or thought I knew but was wrong. We spend the rest of the day getting to know each other until there was just one thing that she didn't know about me.

(Y/N): "Yeah and one more thing, I don't want you to feel uncomfortable or anything but I think this is something that I have to tell you -especially if we are to turn best friends- and if you don't want to talk to me after I understand but I am bisexual and only you know, I soon have to tell my parents and family but for now I don't want to because I'm scared in what they're going to do or say so yeah..."

Lauren: "Umm...why wouldn't I want to talk to you after, there's nothing wrong with it, and I'm glad you told me 😊 and you shouldn't be scared to tell your parents and family because they will still love you and will accept it no matter what"

(Y/N): "Thanks Friend and idk I just thought that you would feel weird or something"

Lauren: "No why would I, I'm actually offended here because you thought I would stop talking to you...ohh and its best friend btw"

(Y/N): "lol ok BEST friend and sorry I just thought you'd feel weird and awkward, btw we went from strangers to best friends in less than 24 hrs!! AMEN!!!"

Lauren: "Lol"

We spend the rest of the day talking until I felt my eyes get heavier by the second. Right when I was going to send her a message I got another DM from her.

Lauren: "ITS OFFICIALLY DECEMBER AND CHRISTMAS IS 24 DAYS AWAY!!!"

(Y/N): "Lol it is, omg its 12:02 am!!! and tomorrow's a school day lol, good thing I'm not going tomorrow, but I'm still sleepy 😕😴 my eyes don't want to stay open but I don't want to stop talking to you😫!!!"

Lauren: "Lol but we both need our beauty sleep so how about we say goodnight and as soon as one of us gets up we DM the other, and don't debate on DMing me because remember we are best friends and I can't wait to wake up with a DM from you.....if you wake up first lol🙊"

(Y/N): "Okay, well then, GOODNIGHT BEST FRIEND 🌙🌟 talk to you tomorrow"

Lauren: "Lol GOODNIGHT TO YOU TOO LOVE 🌚💕"

Omg she called me love!!!! And gave me the two hearts emoji!!!! I'm literally fangirling. Next thing you know I fall in a deep sleep thinking about 'Planet Green Eyes'
