Phil holds Olivia's hand as they enter the restaurant, he walks her round the corner and everyone shouts "SURPRISE" she sees all the lads and girls, around a big table with banners and balloons everywhere. She looks at Phil smiling "You arranged all this babe" he nods "it wasn't hard baby, they all wanted to celebrate with you. You're part of our England family now" he kisses her then she hears "hey birthday girl" she instantly recognises the accent. "hey Jack. Thanks for coming" he laughs "where else would I be? I see you as the little sister, I never had, course I'd celebrate with you." The comment about being a sister to him, makes her tearful. "Before I say hello to the rest of you, I got to run to the loo" she says adding a unconvincing giggle and jogs to the bathroom.
Jack and Phil look at Emily who's walking over. "She's left to cry...happy tears. Jack, she lost her brother, well her whole family they all moved to a different country. They basically told her they didn't love her or want her, and they were only waiting until she's old enough to live alone. Hence why we live together." Jack and Phil look shocked, Phil goes to talk to her and Jack stops him. "I'll go to her, I said she's my sister now and I mean it, I need her to know I mean it too, go get her a drink to come back to then we can give her the fuck loads of presents we all brought" they all agree and Jack heads to the toilets. He walks in the ladies, knowing only Liv will be in there as they're the only ones in the restaurant.
"Liv, it's me. I'm sorry I made you cry. Emily told me and Phil what happened with your family" Jack says and a door unlocks. Out comes a tearful Olivia, Jack takes her in his arms and hugs her. "It's their loss Liv, honestly you've got everyone out there now, like Phil said you're part of our England family and we always have each others backs always." Olivia smiles and says "do you really mean what you said earlier?" Jack nods, "that's what I came to tell you. I meant all of it, you're my little sister now." Olivia grins "I have a big brother."
After she's cleaned her face and touched up her make up, they head back to the table and Jack had his arm round Olivia. "She's okay now guys" everyone cheers and then Sasha says "Jacks's made us all cry at some point, I think it's becoming some sort of initiation ritual or something" she laughs and Jack pretends to be offended telling her it's lucky he loves her but all the lads agree with Sasha. Olivia makes her way around saying hello and thanking everyone for coming.
"So what did our little Phillip get you for your birthday Liv?" Kyle asks and everyone else says they want to know too. "He got me this dress, AirPods and a 3 day trip to Disneyland followed by 2 nights in Paris" everyone gasps and Mason says "wow boy done good" and they all laugh and order their food.
Olivia opens all the presents, she gets bottles of Champagne, balloons, flowers, vouchers, jewellery, pamper bits, perfumes and chocolate's.
At the end of the lunch, Phil whispers and says "shall we head back to mine I've got one more present to give you" Olivia nods and kisses him, as she says goodbye to everyone, most of the others are leaving too. She heads over to Emily who's standing next to John, who has his arm around her. "Em's I'm gonna go back to Phil's, I won't be home tonight sorry" she smiles and then John says "that means I can steal you for the evening Ems" Olivia says goodbye to them both and heads back to Phil.
Back at Phil's house, they get inside and Phil says "Time for the last present of the day." Olivia grins and says "Could be my favourite one so far" she winks at him and he laughs and says "I think it's the one I've been most excited about giving you"
A while later, they're laying naked and cuddling, "shall we shower together to clean up?" Olivia asks and Phil jumps up and says he'll get the shower ready.
That night, Olivia cuddles into Phil and appreciates how lucky she is, she realises she's got the best man she could ever want, a great group of friends for her and Emily, and she's now got a big brother in Jack. She never realised her life could be this good but she's realised to let it happen.

That night Olivia, lays in Phil's arms both talking about how excited they are for Disneyland. Phil reveals they've both got fastrack passes for all the rides. Olivia lays and says "Thank you so much baby you've made one of my dreams come true." He kisses her forehead and says "I'll try and make every single one of your dreams come true my baby"
They say goodnight and head to sleep ready for their day shopping tomorrow.
