You and your fiancé John were walking along the streets of New York, hand in hand. You two have been engaged for about a month after John proposed. The proposal took place on the Brooklyn bridge when you two were watching the view. This night was a beautiful starry night. You two just enjoyed your walk until you heard a familiar voice from across the street.
"Hey Y/n!" You both glanced over and saw that it was your guy friend, f/n. You excitedly waved back as f/n made his way across the street to you guys. You hugged him.
"Hey f/n. It's been awhile since we last saw each other," you said
"Yeah. My job has me slaying away long hours. So ya" he said. As you two talked, John was just standing there, feeling kinda jealous.
"We should hang out sometime," you said. John then cleared his throat as you and f/n looked over at him.
"Oh f/n, this is my fiancé, John" you said.
"Nice to meet you, John. My name is f/n. Y/n told me great things about you." F/n held out a hand and they shook hands
"Nice to meet your acquaintance as well f/n." John pulled you close to his side. Deep down, he felt insecure and jealous. You glanced up at John and noticed that he had a slight nerve on his face.
"Anyways. It was nice seeing again y/n" f/n said before walking away. You looked over at John.
"You okay John?" You asked
"Uh... Ya"
"You sure?"
"Mhm."
"You weren't jealous were you?" John then hesitated before answering.
"N-no," he stuttered. You smirked as you kissed his cheek.
"You have nothing to worry about. I still love you and I'm forever yours, ok?" You murmured. He nodded as a small smile spread across his face.
"I love you," you said
"I love you too," he said. You two then shared a sweet kiss before continuing your walk.
