Next day as promised Malini went to Goenka house with proper shagun for Avantika. Arundhati welcomed her with so much happiness. Avantika was feeling awkward after seeing all of that, but she didn't have a choice, so she kept her mouth shut. Malini gave shagun to Avantika and hugged her tightly.

" Arundhati, from today, she is my daughter also and I will keep coming here to meet her and take her out with me. I hope you don't have any problem?" Malini asked her.

" Off course, why will I have any problem? you have full rights on her, in fact, I am so happy." Arundhati replied.

" Avantika, do you have any black colour dress? its Aditya's favourite colour. Today you guys will go outside for the first time, so please wear that, he will love it." Malini told to Avantika.

Now Avantika was feeling little suffocated with all of this. She didn't want to do all this drama, but she knew that for now she didn't have any choice. So, she just nodded and then excused herself and went away from there.
In evening her mom came to her and gave her a black sari and told her to wear that for party, having no choice Avantika took that without any protest and wore it. It left her mother completely
shocked because this was the first time she was not protesting to her. Finally, Aditya came to pick her up at sharp 8 pm.

" Hello aunty, is Avantika ready? Please call her." he requested to her mother.

" Yeah sure Aditya. You are looking so handsome " she complimented him.

" Thanks aunty" he said formally.

After some time, Avantika came. He was stunned to look at her. She was looking so beautiful wearing black sari. He could not take his eyes off from her and was constantly looking at her without even blinking. Arundhati noticed that and smiled.

" Avantika, you are looking so beautiful in this black sari. What a coincidence black is my favourite colour." Aditya said to her with a smile.

Avantika gave him an awkward smile and looked at her mom.

" Aditya, your mom had already told us, now go, you guys must be getting late" Arundhati told him.

" Sure aunty and please don't worry about her. I will safely drop her home before midnight " Aditya said.

Arundhati nodded at him with smile. After that both of them went away. Aditya was driving the car and Avantika was silently sitting beside him, looking outside the window.

" Avantika, I am extremely sorry. Please don't mind my mom's over excitement and you don't need to follow her instructions. Trust me, she won't force you. She is very cool and loves you very much. So, you can directly say no to her if you don't like anything ok? she will not feel bad" Aditya told her.

Avantika didn't say anything. She just internally laughed on her bad luck. She can say no to Malini but unfortunately not to her own mother.

" Aditya, do we really need to do all of this drama of going in party and all?" she asked him.

" Yes and why we need to do it? you will also understand it after few hours, just trust me and take it as a normal party." Aditya assured her.

She didn't say anything and went back to looking outside window. Soon they reached the party venue. She didn't realise when car stopped until she saw Aditya at her window side.

"Ma'am we reached our destination. Now it's showtime, get ready for some drama" he said and winked at her then opened her door and gave his hand to her. Avantika took his hand and came out
of the car.

" Avantika, please relax and enjoy it like any normal party ok? and just be with me, smile in front of camera, I will handle rest ok? "He tried to make her feel easy.
