The police arrived at their destination, so did an ambulance. Detective Baxter stepped out of the car she was in, she narrowed her eyes as she stared down at the body.
"It doesn't make sense," she stated, glancing at her partner, "She doesn't.. Have it.." she mumbled.
"Either our serial killer's smart, or it's more than one." Detective Amato responded, furrowing his brows.

Nathan's eyes fluttered open, almost instantly he realized he was in fact, not in his own bedroom. Nathan sat up and scowled. He glanced next to him, only to see him Adam having the sleep of his life. Nathan huffed and smacked the other's arm, which caused Adam to stir awake.
"Huh.." he mumbled, then made a few other incoherent sounds.
Nathan just waited for Adam to notice him, which he did a few minutes later.
"Sorry- I wasn't sure if I could get you back to your house." Adam muttered, lazily rubbing his eyes.
Nathan rolled his eyes.
"I'll drive you home," Adam stated flatly, "Unless.. We could maybe cuddle a bit more."
That only caused Nathan to look angrier, and Adam sighed.
"Nathan, when you texted me it was literally the only thing that gave me energy to get out of bed. I just wanted to stay with you, but I'm sorry for not dropping you off at your own house," Adam said, turning on his side to look at Nathan, who was still frowning.
Adam sighed once more, he grabbed his phone off his nightstand, squinting when he unlocked it. Then he opened his notes app and handed it to Nathan.
His phone was returned to him with only one word written down: School.
Adam just nodded in response.
"Alright, just let me change. Don't you wanna change or shower?" he asked, but Nathan quickly shook his head.
"M'kay, suit yourself." Adam said while swinging his legs over the bed and getting up.
He walked to his closet and grabbed some jeans along with a t-shirt, he looked at Nathan, who was just staring at him intensely.
"Fine then." Adam said.
After he'd gotten dressed they went down the stairs. Nathan had expected some breakfast, but his expectations weren't met. They just walked right out the door.
Adam didn't look back at him while he spoke, "We'll get McDonald's." he stated, Nathan just gave a small hum of approval while he followed Adam.
-
Nathan hopped out of Adam's car, and slammed the door shut behind him, not giving a goodbye or thank you.
They'd already made their stop at McDonald's, and Nathan barely ate anything, and now they were at school.
He sighed deeply while walking. What was his plan for today? He felt exhausted already.
He walked in through the main entrance and then walked towards the assembly hall, he wasn't sure if the assembly was still being held, Mo's assembly was long as hell, he could only dread how long the principals assembly would be.
But to his surprise, the assembly doors were closed, and they were always open during an assembly.
He furrowed his brows, and leaned his ear against the door. All he heard was men talking, men talked everywhere! He couldn't hear their exact words which frustrated him.
